Strength Exercise Mechanisms
A body weight exercise device includes a frame, a first handle attached to the frame, a second handle attached to the frame, and a processor and memory. The memory includes programmed instructions to cause the processor to determine a characteristic associated with a performance of an exercise with the body weight exercise device.
Load Bearing Hinge Joint
A load bearing hinge joint, including a first arm member, a second arm member and fastening means for pivotally interconnecting the second arm member to the first arm member, wherein the fastening means are positioned on a first side surface of the first arm member and on a second side surface of the first arm member; a support seat, wherein the support seat is positioned on atop surface of the first arm proximate to a second end of the first arm, wherein the second end is distal to and opposite facing a first end of the first arm member and wherein the support seat is configured to receive and support a bottom portion of the second arm member. The first arm member further including a shoulder positioned on a top surface of the first arm member proximate to the support seat, wherein the shoulder is configured to act as a fulcrum to facilitate a pivotal rotation of the second arm member relative to the first arm member at a pivot point.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL TRAINING HANDLE
The present invention relates to a multifunctional training handle, comprising: a first ring assembly, a second ring assembly, four hanging claw assemblies and a handle assembly; wherein the hanging claw assemblies each comprise a claw arm and a claw part that is fixed to a top end of the claw arm; the first ring assembly and the second ring assembly are assembled, and the second ring assembly has a degree of freedom of coaxial rotation relative to the first ring assembly; and the handle assembly is mounted with the first ring assembly and/or the second ring assembly. The handle, is firmly fixed, convenient to disassemble and assemble, saves space, has a small volume and is convenient to carry; a distance between hanging claws may be rapidly adjusted so as to adapt to door frames of different thicknesses; the handle has abundant functions and high practicability.
EXERCISE DEVICES AND METHODS WITH RETRACTABLE CORDS
An exercise apparatus includes a first cord, a second cord, and an adjustment mechanism. The first cord is pullable from and retractable around a first pulley. The second cord is pullable from and retractable around a second pulley. The adjustment mechanism allows for adjusting a pull-out tension provided by the first cord independently of a retraction tension provided by the first cord. The pull-out tension provided by the first cord is a tension provided by the first cord when the first cord is pulled from the first pulley. The retraction tension provided by the first cord is a tension provided by the first cord when the first cord is retracted around the first pulley.
Load bearing hinge joint
A load bearing hinge joint, including a first arm member, a second arm member and fastening means for pivotally interconnecting the second arm member to the first. The fastening means are positioned on a first side surface and a second side surface of the first arm member. A support seat is positioned atop a surface of the first arm proximate to a second end of the first arm, wherein the second end is distal and opposite facing a first end of the first arm member and wherein the support seat is configured to receive and support a bottom portion of the second arm member. A shoulder is positioned on a top surface of the first arm member proximate to the support seat, wherein the shoulder acts as a fulcrum to facilitate a pivotal rotation of the second arm member relative to the first arm member at a pivot point.
EXERCISE DEVICES
An exercise device including a fixing rod, a fixing hook, a connecting member, a first gripping member, and a second gripping member. The fixing rod and the second gripping member are disposed at two ends of the connecting member respectively. The first gripping member is mounted on the connecting member, and the first gripping member is selectively switchable between an extended position and a offset position. When the user grips the first gripping member, the first gripping member is at the extended position for the user to grip. When the user grips the second gripping member, the first gripping member is in the offset position to avoid the first gripping member interfering with an exercise process of the user, providing the user with a better use experience and safety.
