A server device that includes a receiving unit, a browse page creation unit, a mail creation unit, and a mail transmission unit. The receiving unit receives an image transmitted from an electronic camera via a wireless network. The browse page creation unit creates a browse page for browsing the transmitted image from the electronic camera, the image having been received by the receiving unit. The mail creation unit creates a notification mail for introducing the browse page that has been created by the browse page creation unit to a person other than a user of the electronic camera. Furthermore, the mail transmission unit transmits the notification mail that has been created by the mail creation unit to a specified mail address.

An image forming device includes a storage device, firmware for the image forming device, and a prohibition control unit configured to execute control relating to prohibition in the image forming device. The firmware includes prohibition information indicating the prohibition, and the prohibition control unit holds use prohibition information indicating the prohibition to be used when executing the control relating to the prohibition in the image forming device. A setting execution system according to an aspect of the disclosure includes an information applying unit, an information managing unit, a target device position acquisition unit, a candidate determining unit, a candidate display, and a designation accepting unit. The information managing unit manages registered device information as the information associated with a registered device position as a position of a registered device. The candidate determining unit identifies the registered device information for the registered device that exists at a position within a certain range from the target device based on: the registered device position managed by the information managing unit associated with the registered device information; and the target device position obtained by the target device position acquisition unit. A maintenance support device includes a memory that stores data of a maintenance manual that describes a first maintenance work to be performed to resolve a failure of an image processing apparatus, and a processor configured to acquire, and store in the memory, work result information corresponding to a second maintenance work that has been performed to resolve the failure of the image processing apparatus, and generate additional information based on the acquired work result information and store in the memory the additional information in association with the data of the maintenance manual.

An image forming apparatus of the present embodiment notifies an analysis server of the start and end of a continuous scan scanning a plurality of documents relating to one another. The analysis server collectively analyzes the plurality of pieces of scanned data received between the start of the continuous scan and the end of the continuous scan in response to notification of the end of the continuous scan and transmits one or more storage destination candidates that are output as the results of the analysis to the image forming apparatus. The image forming apparatus outputs the plurality of pieces of scanned data to a storage destination determined from among the one or more storage destination candidates.
