A controller in a management system performs: in response to receiving a first request, transmitting first information to an image-processing apparatus, the transmitted first information being acquired by a terminal apparatus; receiving the first information acquired by the terminal apparatus and original image data stored in the terminal apparatus; storing the received original image data at a first storage location in the image data storage, the first storage location being specified by the received first information; receiving a second request; in response to receiving the second request, transmitting the second information to the image-processing apparatus; receiving the second information and a third request from the image-processing apparatus; and in response to receiving the third request; transmitting target image data based on the received original image data to the image-processing apparatus, the target image data being stored in the second storage location specified by the received second information.

An information processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit and a copying unit. The acquisition unit acquires a file structure at a migration source and identification information to identify a file at the migration source, and the copying unit copies the file structure and the identification information to a migration destination before migrating content data of one or more files at the migration source.

An image forming apparatus includes a first storage unit having a semiconductor memory, a second storage unit, an acquisition unit that acquires temperature information indicating a temperature in the first storage unit, a comparison unit that compares the temperature information acquired by the acquisition unit with a threshold, and a control unit. Based on the temperature information indicating a temperature below the threshold, the control unit causes the first storage unit to store data. Based on the temperature information indicating a temperature at or above the threshold, the control unit causes the second storage unit to store data without causing the first storage unit to store the data.

An image management apparatus which provides a cloud service which receives a captured image transmitted from an image capturing apparatus, the cloud service having a function to transfer the received captured image to an external storage service, the image management apparatus managing transfer setting information in which the external storage service and each of one or more image capturing apparatuses associated with a specific user are associated, and transferring the received captured image based on the transfer setting information.

An image-sharing system having: an interface designed to receive an image display request containing a display address and an image; a data storage module storing static IP addresses associated with a plurality of display devices in a virtual private network; and a module for providing images, which is designed to determine that the display address corresponds to a static IP address, to transmit the image to an image storage server, to receive a reception message comprising an image storage address, and to transmit an information message containing the storage address of the image to the static IP address associated with the target display device. The image processor includes an I/O unit to read input image data from external memory for processing by the image processor and to write output image data from the image processor into the external memory. The I/O unit includes multiple logical channel units. Each logical channel unit is to form a logical channel between the external memory and a respective producing or consuming component within the image processor. Each logical channel unit is designed to utilize reformatting circuitry and addressing circuitry. The addressing circuitry is to control addressing schemes applied to the external memory and reformatting of image data between external memory and the respective producing or consuming component. The reformatting circuitry is to perform the reformatting.
