Disclosed is a print apparatus including: a memory configured to store the print job; a print unit configured to execute a print based on the print job; a first detector configured to detect the print allowed user; a second detector configured to detect a print disallowed user; and a hardware processor configured to: obtain the print job, change a danger distance according to a first distance from the print apparatus to the print allowed user, compare the danger distance with a second distance from the print apparatus to the nearest print disallowed user when the first distance is not more than a predetermined print start distance, and instruct the print unit to start the print based on the print job in accordance with a result of the comparison.

An image forming system of an embodiment includes a terminal device that transmits first print data to print an image in monochrome, second print data to print the image in color and a user ID; a print data storage section that stores the first print data, the second print data and the user ID transmitted from the terminal device in an associated manner; an authentication section that authenticates a user; a list acquisition section that acquires a list including the first and second print data associated with the user ID of the user authenticated by the authentication section; a print data acquisition section that acquires one print data selected from the acquired list by the list acquisition section; and an image forming section that prints an image formed with the print data acquired by the print data acquisition section.

Embodiments disclosed include systems and methods for computer automated print services control comprising authenticating a user credential input via a user device. The system and method includes generating, by a printer driver comprised in the user device, a user interface comprising features supported by a plurality of printing devices. Further, it includes receiving via the user device over the network, a print instruction comprising the features supported by the plurality of printing devices connected to the computer system over the network. And based on the print instruction, generating a print job in an embodiment. Further, based on the user authentication at one of the plurality of printing devices, converting via a gateway, the received print instruction into a format compatible with that printing device and releasing the generated print job for printing at that printing device, according to an embodiment.

A management server is provided that manages a plurality of image forming apparatuses including an image forming apparatus compliant with a setting management function that enables an operation of security information, and an image forming apparatus non-compliant with the setting management function. The management server receives security information from the image forming apparatus, and determines whether the security information includes a change. An information processing system includes a data output apparatus and an information processing apparatus. The data output apparatus includes processors and memories to store instructions which cause the processors to receive a first authentication information, request authentication based on the first authentication information, and transmit the first authentication information authenticated in response to the authentication request and a transmission request of information indicating storage locations to store data output from the data output apparatus. The information processing apparatus includes processors and memories to store instructions which cause the processors to receive a second authentication information, request authentication based on the second authentication information, determine whether the second authentication information authenticated in response to the authentication request and the first authentication information transmitted from the data output apparatus have a predetermined relationship, and transmit information indicating the storage locations when the first and the second authentication information have the predetermined relationship.

An image processing apparatus is connected to an information processing apparatus via a network. The image processing apparatus includes a reception unit configured to receive, from the information processing apparatus, sending information including at least any of a sending destination, a sending source, and a reply destination of an email, and a job relating to sending of the email using the sending information, a setting unit configured to set the sending information received by the reception unit for at least any of the sending destination, the sending source, and the reply destination, and a sending unit configured to create and send the email using the sending information.
