Multi-Use Stretching and Exercising Device
The multi-use stretching and exercising device is comprised of a non-elastic strap, with removable comfort support pad and two affixed hand finger grip mounts. The strap having a left end and right end is affixed at the left end by a hand finger grip mount and at the right end by another hand finger grip mount. The device is capable of being set in motion in response to a force acting upon both opposing hand finger grip mounts while the strap with removable comfort support is in contact with the head, leg, arm or overhead structure.
EXERCISE ROLLER
An exercise roller includes an elongated bar having grip handles arranged at opposing axial ends of the elongated bar, a cylindrical core supported by the elongated bar between the grip handles, and a cover that surrounds the cylindrical core and is formed of a material having a repeating pattern.
TRAINING APPARATUS
A training apparatus having a frame with a pivot bearing on which a seat surface and/or a backrest are pivotably arranged, wherein the training apparatus has at least one actuator and a control unit with which the seat surface and/or the backrest are adjustable, wherein the at least one actuator is operatively connected to the frame and to the seat surface and/or to the backrest is disclosed.
SIT-UP MOTION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND DETECTION METHOD BASED ON INTERNET OF THINGS
The present disclosure provides a sit-up motion information management system and detection method based on an Internet of things. The method includes: acquiring detection data of a sensor at present time; determining whether the detection data of the sensor at the present time meet a first counting condition, determining that a sit-up action is correct if yes, and incrementing a flag value by one; acquiring detection data of the sensor at next time; determining whether the detection data of the sensor at the next time meet a second counting condition, determining that a sit-up action is correct if yes, and incrementing a flag value by one; determining whether a flag value is greater than or equal to a preset value to obtain a third determination result; and determining, if the third determination result indicates yes, that one rep of sit-up actions is completed, and recording a number of sit-up reps.
Fitness harness
A harness belt system for assisting in the performance of exercises includes at least one belt member, an adjustable belt clip on at least one of two opposing ends of the belt member, and a substantially V-shaped tether having at least a top portion coupled to the belt member and a bottom end. In some embodiments, the top end of the substantially V-shaped tether couples to the belt member and forms at least an angle with the belt member ranging from 91 degrees to 158 degrees. In some embodiments, the system is configured when in use to have the bottom end of the tether tethered to a stationary object and to have the belt member in a closed position for placement of the adjustable belt clip and belt on bent legs over a front of a user's thigh or behind the user's thigh or on a user's calves.
POWER TRAINING APPARATUS
The invention relates to a power training apparatus (10) with a manually actuatable operating element (30) which is coupled via a lever mechanism (20) to at least one unit (39, 41, 42) generating a resistance, wherein the lever mechanism (20) has, at a distance from a grip element (32) of the operating element (30), at least one first joint (26) which is mounted in a first axle (21) via at least one first joint lever (25), and having at least one second joint (35) which is arranged between the at least one first joint (26) and the grip element (32), wherein the at least one second joint (35) is mounted at least indirectly in a second axle (22) via at least one second joint lever (36), wherein one of the axles (21, 22) is operatively connected to the at least one unit (39, 41, 42), and wherein the other of the two axles (21, 22) is blocked or is pivotable about a small angle.
Abdominal resistance device
A cycling system includes a cycle having a frame with a resistance element attachment point, a resistance element, and a harness. The harness is releasably secured to the resistance element attachment point by the resistance element.
Fitness device and exercise method for generating opposing muscle resistance
A fitness device contains a strap, a handle, and a plate. The strap is substantially inelastic and flexible. The plate is substantially rigid. The handle at least partially envelopes the strap. A method of exercising with such a fitness device is also described herein. Other fitness devices and other methods of use are also described herein.
Exercise machine with bi-directional angular resistance
An exercise machine having a force transmission assembly rotatable in first and second directions, first and second wheels rotatable in first and second directions, a first directional coupler that couples the force transmission assembly to the first wheel when the force transmission assembly rotates in the first direction, and a second directional coupler that couples the force transmission assembly to the second wheel when the force transmission assembly rotates in the second direction. The first directional coupler allows the force transmission assembly to rotate with respect to the first wheel when the force transmission assembly moves in the second direction, and the second directional coupler allows the force transmission assembly to rotate with respect to the second wheel when the force transmission assembly moves in the first direction. A resistance mechanism may be configured to resist rotation of the first and second wheels independently from each other.
Multipurpose Workout Chair
A multipurpose workout chair is an exercising equipment that not only can be used for workout training, but also can be used as a chair. The multipurpose workout chair includes adjustment devices and other components acting with each other which allows the multipurpose purpose chair to be changed into various configurations according to different training methods and each of the training methods may be executed by one or more different muscles.
