CORE EXERCISE DEVICE WITH GUIDE TRACK
An exercise device including a body engagement portion that can support a user, and a guide track assembly that can rotationally house the body engagement portion. The body engagement portion includes a base surface and a rotation support assembly. The base surface may support the user in a standard plank position. The body engagement portion may allow a user to rotate between a first side plank position, the standard plank position, and a second side plank position relative to a support surface while the guide track assembly remain in contact with the support surface and the body engagement portion support upper body of the user. The body engagement portion may allow a user to statically hold a plank position or rotate between two plank positions at any angle equal to, or between, the first side plank position, the standard plank position, and the second side plank position.

A self-contained, hyperthermic conditioning unit and selectively controllable environment for exercising. The unit comprises a base portion having a bed therein and a removable cover connected to the base portion to enclose a personal compartment within the unit. One or more heating elements provide heat to the personal compartment and one more pieces of physical exercise equipment are provided within the personal compartment.
Assistive stretching device and method of use
An assistive stretching device worn by a user to reduce physical stress while lifting to aid another individual in stretching and method is disclosed. The device includes a belt sized to fit around the torso of the user, first and second pulleys supported on the belt, first and second wrist attachments; first and second ankle attachments; first and second cords threaded through corresponding pulleys with one end attached to corresponding ankle attachments and the opposite end attached to corresponding wrist attachments. The pulleys operate to change the direction of the lifting force, making it easier to lift and stretch the anterior aspects of the musculature of the individual rather than lifting dead weight. An attachment including a dual pulley system may replace the first and second pulleys and includes an arm supporting a pulley at each end and openings to provide leverage adjustments when attaching the arm to the belt.
Exercise machine handle system
An exercise machine which allows for a wide range of exercises while maintaining improved balance and control for the exerciser. The exercise machine generally includes a frame having a first track, a carriage movably connected to the first track, a first platform and a second platform connected to the frame, a first stationary handle extending upwardly from the upper surface of the first platform, and a second stationary handle extending upwardly from the upper surface of the first platform.
LEG TUCK EXERCISE TRAINING AND RESISTANCE DEVICE
A leg tuck exercise training and resistance device that can be mounted to stabilized objects to allow a user to improve muscle strength and coordination over time when performing a leg tuck exercise is disclosed.
Exercise Apparatus
An exercise apparatus for strengthening muscles. The exercise apparatus includes a body having a holding portion that extends between a first distal region and second distal region thereof. The holding portion forms a continuous surface that is curved such that a diameter of the holding portion is narrowest at a proximal point of the holding portion and widest at a first radial edge and an opposing second radial edge. The first and second distal regions are each dome shaped and extend from the first radial edge and the second radial edge, respectively. The holding portion can be received between the inner thighs of a user to add resistance when performing various exercises, such as leg lifts, planks, pull-ups, dips, and the like. In some embodiments, the body includes a weight receiving channel extending therethrough, wherein an elongated weight is positioned within the weight receiving channel.
Exercise Device
An exercise device is described. An exercise device including a body, the body having a top, a bottom, a first end located at one edge of the body, a second end located at an opposite end of the body, and first and second sides extending between the first and second ends; one or more wheels; and an energy storage device applying resistive and restoring force to the wheel. Optionally, a shaft can be present that rotationally locks two or more of the wheels.
Exercise Device
An exercise device is described which includes a platform having a first end and a second end opposite the first end; first and second wheels, wherein the first wheel is positioned proximate the first end and the second wheel is positioned proximate the second end and the first and second wheels are configured to roll across a surface as the exercise device is displaced along the surface; a first motor configured to apply a first torque to the first wheel where the magnitude of the first torque is related to the distance of the exercise device from a zero position and the direction of the first torque urges movement of the exercise device toward the zero position. Versions are also described with more wheels and more motors.
