Exercise garment
10987534 · 2021-04-27 · ·

A fabric-like, elastic, exercise resistance band with first and second ends, permanently affixed to the end of each leg section of an exercise pant garment that extends to at least just below the knee area. The resistance bands comprise a resilient material and offer no resistance when formed to each leg, out of the way for everyday activities. When the resistance bands are unformed and fastened together by way of a locking canister affixed to each resistance band, the muscles of the lower body, primarily the inner thighs and buttocks, may be stimulated as the legs are moved further apart during a resistance exercise program.

Adjustable position gripping handle assembly for exercise machines
11013949 · 2021-05-25 · ·

A gripping handle assembly for an exercise machine, the gripping handle assembly having an axial shaft connected at an angle to a gripping handle, wherein the axial shaft is receivable into a circular bearing housing that is mounted to an end of an exercise arm, and wherein the axial shaft and the circular bearing housing each have engaging mechanisms such that a user pushes on a knob or pulls on the gripping handle to first unlock the axial shaft and then rotate the gripping handle. Releasing the gripping handle causes a spring to lock it into its new radial position. A first engaging mechanism may be a collar connected to the gripping handle with an indexing tab on the collar and a second engaging mechanism may be a plurality of indexing slots on the circular bearing housing with the indexing tab receivable therein.

Sliding grip resistance exercise device
11027167 · 2021-06-08 ·

A multi-functional sliding grip exercise device, specifically but not limited to: sliding grip medial pull-ups, sliding grip lateral pull-ups, lower back extension/sit-up assistance exercise. Exercise device will have rotatable rubber pegs attached to horizontal bars to aid in utility. Horizontal bars supporting hand grips will have apertures on its frame; apertures will take on the form of a “T” with arms going vertically down to engage device locking system. Horizontal bar with apertures will have tracks on top surface and bottom surface to support guidance of Hand grips. Horizontal bar with apertures will have a resistance element housed within, preferably but not limited to springs; also housed within bar will be spring caps with an protuberance attached that will make contact with Handgrips appendage to engage springs. Handgrips may have indentations to support lower back bar for lower back extension/sit-up assistance exercise. Device may have adjustable resistance.

ADJUSTABLE SHOULDER EXERCISE DEVICE
20210038941 · 2021-02-11 ·

An adjustable shoulder exercise device which includes a frame base, a vertical frame column, at least one cross frame which extents laterally away from both sides of the frame column and an upper frame which extends laterally away from the front of the frame column. The adjustable shoulder exercise device allows total control of all active and passive motions of the shoulder, in multiple planes and using multiple kinetic chains of motion. The adjustable shoulder exercise device described herein acts as a three dimensional grid system employing the use of multiple pulley assemblies that can be positioned in a multitude of heights and lateral positions to allow movements to be performed from all angles relative to the human shoulder. The pulley assemblies are structured to allow a user to apply reciprocating motion for the purpose of exercise through use of their opposing limbs.
