The apparatus can include first and second adjustment plates positioned at opposite ends of the holder to secure the holder to the two straps. Each adjustable strap loops through slots in the plate and fastens to itself to secure the holder to a body portion. Bands of the holder can loop through slots in the plate and fasten to themselves to secure the holder around a medicine ball.
