The wall mount bracket may be elongated along a lateral width thereof and may have a first mounting region and a second mounting region spaced from each other along the lateral width of the wall mount bracket. The wall mount bracket may also include a central panel that is spaced from the wall surface to provide clearance for fasteners for connection to the weightlifting rack assembly, and in some embodiments, the weightlifting rack assembly may be connected to multiple wall mount panels.
ASSEMBLY, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IMPROVED TRAINING
A training machine assembly comprises at least one control device and at least one training resistance. Each of the at least one training resistance comprises at least one training resistance value, such as a force applied towards the user contact element, e.g. a handle. The training resistance value can also comprise a function or a vector, for example a function linking a speed of movement of a user and/or a user contact element and a force applied against said movement. The control device can be a control device for controlling the training machine assembly. The training resistance can comprise an actuator. The actuator can comprise an electric motor. The training resistance can comprise a weight. The training resistance can comprise an element configured to provide a resistance against a movement of the user. The training machine assembly can comprise at least one camera.
Squat Exercise System
Provided is a squat exercise system and a method for tracking squats performed that includes a bench component which functions as a landing for a user and a remote control system that controls operations performed by the squat exercise system and includes a remote control unit operating the squat exercise system, and a housing removably attached to an underside of the bench component that includes a power supply unit supplying power, a sensing device which senses a body part of the user when within a predetermined distance from the bench component and generates a signal, a processor/control unit that receives and processes the signal by the sensing device in communication therewith, and automatically tracks, in real-time a count of each successful squat completed and a total count thereof, and a notification unit in communication with the processing/control unit that generates a notification signal indicative of successful completion of a squat.
Exercise machine and methods of use for strengthening the lumbopelvic complex
An exercise machine is used to train the low back core musculature and lumbopelvic complex. The exercise machine can also be used to provide stability to the lumbar spinal column. The exercise machine includes a stationary bench substantially parallel to the floor and a rotating bench that is capable of rotating at an angle α about an axis, wherein the axis is located between the stationary bench and the rotating bench. A resistance means is used to adjust the amount of force required to move a resistance bar away from the rotating bench, while performing at least one of: a plank, a side plank, a bird-dog, a superman, a lumbar extension, a glute bridge, a single leg raise, a dual-leg raise, a bent leg raise, or a resisted push-up.
Exercise machine
An exercise machine may include a frame, a resistance mechanism supported by the frame, first and second pull cables supported by the frame and linked to the resistance mechanism, a power rack attached to the frame, first and second handles selectively attachable to the first and second pull cable, and first and second pulleys. The power rack includes upright posts configured to have barbell holders adjustably attached thereto such that the barbell holders are configured to be adjusted in various positions between highest positions and lowest positions on the upright posts. The pulleys are configured to selectively receive the pull cables to enable the pull cables to be selectively attached to a barbell to assist or hinder a user in lifting the barbell in a combined cable and free weight workout, the pull cables decoupled from the pulleys for cable workouts.
BATTLE ROPE STRENGTH TRAINER
In some embodiments, a battle rope strength trainer device is provided. The battle rope strength trainer device provides a multifunction exercise device that combines strength building properties of body weight strength exercises with the cardiovascular training of battle rope oscillation exercises in one product. In one embodiment, the battle rope strength trainer device includes an anchor, a rope and a mounting device. The rope includes a first end coupled to the anchor and two free ends. The first end is attachable to a structure via the anchor and the two free ends are positioned opposite to the first end. The mounting device is coupled to the structure above the anchor. In that regard, the mounting device is adapted to receive a portion of the rope associated with each of the two free ends to enable movement of the rope for a plurality of exercises.
REVERSE DEADLIFT APPARATUS
The embodiments herein relate to an exercise machine for training the muscles of the whole body while specifically targeting the muscles of the legs and back. Specifically, the embodiments herein relate to a Reverse Deadlift Apparatus which allows a trainee to mimic a barbell type deadlift exercise in a safer and more productive fashion. An additional benefit is that the Reverse Deadlift Apparatus encourages a lifter to use proper technique by requiring them to use more of their legs and less of their lower back during the lift. The result of using the Reverse Deadlift Apparatus on a regular basis is that a lifter will increase the strength and power of the muscles of the whole body and specifically will make improvements in the lower body. The added strength and power, along with optimized Deadlifting form, will help a lifter improve their performance in the actual barbell deadlift itself and in any sports requiring a strength or power component (e.g. Football, Baseball, Martial Arts, Wrestling, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Tennis, etc.).
LOW FRICTION REHABILITATION BOARD WITH AN INTEGRAL BAND RETAINING FEATURE AND METHODS OF REHABILITATION
A low friction rehabilitation board having an integral band retaining feature is described. The rehabilitation board may have a coefficient of static friction of no more than about 0.5 and in some embodiments no more than about 0.06. The rehabilitation board has a plurality of band retaining feature configured along one or both ends and may be an integral band retaining features being formed in the board. Additionally, the rehabilitation may include one or more band retaining features on one or both sides of the board. The unique configuration of the band retaining features enables rehabilitation method heretofore not possible with a single board. Resistance bands may be retained in the band retaining features and coupled to a user's limb, such as a foot or ankle, to resist motion, such as sliding or extending the foot along the low friction surface of the rehabilitation board.
EXERCISE APPARATUS
