Sound processing system and processing method that emphasize sound from position designated in displayed video image
A recorder receives designation of a video which is desired to be reproduced from a user. If designation of one or more designated locations where sound is emphasized on a screen of a display which displays the video is received by the recorder from the user via an operation unit during reproduction or temporary stopping of the video, a signal processing unit performs an emphasis process on audio data, that is, the signal processing unit emphasizes audio data in directions directed toward positions corresponding to the designated locations from a microphone array by using audio data recorded in the recorder. A reproducing device reproduces the emphasis-processed audio data and video data in synchronization with each other.
Sound bar, audio signal processing method, and program
Provided is a sound bar including: a rear sound signal generating unit that generates a rear sound from an input audio signal; and an output unit that outputs the rear sound generated by the rear sound signal generating unit to a rear sound speaker.
SPEAKER BRACKET
Speaker bracket comprising an attachment body (2) having a pivot column formed within a recessed channel. An arm assembly is provided comprising a tiltable inner arm portion (4) at least partially housed within an outer arm portion (3). The outer arm portion has a pivot channel into which the pivot column is received for connecting the arm assembly to the attachment body (2) and permitting it to swivel about the pivot column. A rotatable assembly is provided comprising an interface plate (6) connected to the front of the inner arm portion (4) and a speaker fixing plate (8) for attachment to a speaker and being rotatably connected to the interface plate (6) through a shaft (9) and fastener. The shaft (9) and fastener are at least partially received within a cavity in the front of the inner arm portion (4).
INTELLIGENT FLAT SPEAKER PANEL SYSTEM
A flat panel sound system (400) includes an acoustic backing (410) and stand-offs (412) on its back side. The stand-offs (412) are interposed between a frame (406) or housing (408) and the wall on which the sound system (400) is mounted. The sound system (400) further includes an electronic housing (414) and exciters (404) mounted on the frame (406). The electronics within the electronic housing (414) receive wireless inputs from a user interface and drive the exciters (404) to produce an audio output. The stand-offs (412) inhibit transmission of vibrations to the wall and allow acoustic waves to emanate the back side of the flat panel system.
OUTLET RECEPTACLE COVER AND MODE THROTTLING SYSTEM
In non-limiting examples of the present disclosure, an electrical receptacle is provided. A first transmission tab configured to be electrically connected to a neutral terminal of the electrical receptacle is provided. A second transmission tab configured to be electrically connected to a live terminal of the electrical is provided. A speaker device in electrical communication with the first and second transmission tabs and a speaker grille cover secured to the receptacle cover are also provided. Other examples of the present disclosure relate to systems, methods and devices for influencing resonant modes of one or more vibrating surface, including a mode throttling device and an exciter device.
Electric light bulb type light source apparatus
An electric light bulb type light source apparatus includes a light source unit with void area; a casing, with a conductive outer case and a translucent cover opposed thereto, which houses the light source unit; a circuit substrate, with at least an antenna mounted for receiving radio signals from outside the casing, housed in the casing; and a base, disposed on a side of the conductive outer case opposite to the translucent cover, for supplying power to the light source unit. The conductive outer case forms first area in the casing; the translucent cover forms second area opposed thereto. The circuit substrate penetrates through the void area so that the antenna is in the second area.
Method of flat membrane speaker installation
A method of mounting a speaker to a wall having an opening defined therein includes attaching a top portion of the speaker to the wall. The top portion of the speaker is attached to the wall by a first clip. The method also includes swinging a bottom portion of the speaker toward the wall with the wall at an upper side of the opening between the top portion of the speaker and the first clip until a space between the bottom portion of the speaker and a second clip is substantially aligned with the wall at a lower side of the opening. The method further includes sliding the speaker away from the wall at the upper side of the opening to cause the wall at the lower side of the opening to be between the bottom portion of the speaker and the second clip.
Music and home theater wireless ceiling system
Music and home theater ceiling system that optionally replaces any type of equipment of music and home theater of ten channels; the system simplifies in one main ceiling unit and three peripheral devices any kind of device of this range and also allows the user to install, use and distribute a complicated system of this type and allows to change the channel loudspeaker layout in a very simple way just by rotating the main unit installed at the electrical outlet box of the lamp; the invention has a bridged wall switch that allows controlling the main unit device lights without interrupting its operation. The system receives the audio signal via Bluetooth® and decodes all channels to emit sounds and effects in different directions to immerse the listener into a three-dimensional sound during a movie or video playing.
Flip out dog leg mountable ceiling speaker enclosure
An improved manually operated flip dog mountable ceiling speaker enclosure, for ceiling or other panel installation, has a biased sliding ratchet block that can be latched in place by an extension from a T-handle of an integral actuator rod. The ratchet block is controlled in its sliding motion by alignment rods extending from a vertical portion of a base and slidingly received in alignment bores of the ratchet block. A face of the ratchet block has downward pointing ratchet teeth that engage upward pointing ratchet teeth on a barrel of a flip dog to hold the flip dog in a clamped position. Over time, the biasing springs may lose their strength, but the latching of the ratchet block obviates this problem.
SPEAKER AND SHOWER
An assembly may include a speaker supportable for movement relative to a reference external to the speaker and a speaker housing supporting speaker components operable to produce an audio output. A sensor is operable to sense a direction of movement of the speaker during movement of the speaker relative to the reference. Control components are operable to control the speaker components based on the direction of movement of the speaker relative to the reference. When the speaker is sensed to be moving in a first direction relative to the reference, an operational characteristic of the speaker components is controlled to increase or advance during movement in the first direction. When the speaker is sensed to be moving in a second direction relative to the reference different from the first direction, the operational characteristic of the speaker components is controlled to decrease or retreat during movement in the second direction.
