Wrist and forearm strengthening device
11938374 · 2024-03-26 ·

A wrist strengthening device includes a first handle, a second handle coupled to the first handle, and a tightening component coupled to the first handle and the second handle. The tightening component is configured to provide resistance to movement of the first handle and the second handle as the first handle is moved in a first direction and the second handle is moved in a second direction, opposite the first direction. The tightening component includes an outer piece, an inner piece, and a male and a female portion. Movement of the male portion toward the female portion causes space between the inner piece and the outer piece to decrease and friction therebetween to concurrently increase.

Upper limbs training device and housing thereof

An upper limbs training device includes a housing, a sleeve ring, and a spinning mass. The housing includes two casings and an annular rail. The casings surround a space. The annular rail is fixed in the space. The sleeve ring is rotatably disposed on the annular rail. The spinning mass includes two shaft portions located at a first and second insertion hole portion of the sleeve ring. Each casing includes a first, second and third protrusion portion. In each casing, the first protrusion portion is located between the second and third protrusion portion. Two recesses are respectively formed between the first and second protrusion portion and between the first and third protrusion portion. The first protrusion portions form a base portion. The annular rail is mounted on the base portion. The second protrusion portions form a first grip portion. The third protrusion portions form a second grip portion.

Rotation resistant exercise device
11896864 · 2024-02-13 ·

An exercise device designed to strengthen the entire body, with particular focus on the upper body. The device facilitates the strengthening of the core, chest, back, shoulder, and arm muscles, and in particular muscles that move the core in the transverse plane. The device consists of two hemispherical shells, both of which have handles attached via risers. This allows the device to be gripped either by the spherical surfaces, by the handles, or a combination thereof. The hemispheres are attached to each other by means of a shaft with a variable braking mechanism. The braking mechanism can provide levels of rotational resistance from almost zero to virtually impossible to rotate, with the resistance level visibly indicated on the exterior of the device. The resistance level is changed by repeatedly rotating the two halves against each other in one direction or the other.

BASKETBALL SHOT TRAINING DEVICE
20190374832 · 2019-12-12 ·

A training device for training a player to shoot a basketball. The device includes a plate member configured to engage at least a portion of a hand and wrist of a non-shooting hand of the player, at least one attachment member connected to the plate member and configured to secure the plate member to the non-shooting hand of the player, and a link strap connected at a first end to the plate member and having an aperture through which a wrist of a shooting hand of the player can be aligned. The non-shooting hand and the shooting hand are linked together such that the non-shooting hand is restricted from rotation relative to the shooting hand when the non-shooting hand and the shooting hand are placed in spaced relation on an associated basketball.
