A system configured to determine wireless carrier compatibility information for a wireless device feature for at least one wireless network and a wireless device. The wireless device includes a wireless device processor configured to obtain a wireless device configuration; the wireless device processor further configured to obtain a wireless network configuration; the wireless device processor further configured to analyze the wireless device configuration and the wireless network configuration and determine wireless carrier compatibility information for a wireless device feature; and a display configured to receive the wireless carrier compatibility information and display the wireless carrier compatibility information in response to the wireless device processor for the wireless device feature.

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In one aspect, a method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes: monitoring, on a non-dedicated data subscription (n-DDS) of the UE, for one or more first paging messages based on a first paging configuration; receiving, from a base station (BS) on a dedicated data subscription (DDS) of the UE, system information indicating a second paging configuration; and transmitting, to the BS on the DDS, a registration update request based on the first paging configuration and the second paging configuration; receiving, from the BS based on the registration update request, a registration update; and monitoring, on the DDS of the UE, for one or more second paging messages based on a third paging configuration different from the second paging configuration, wherein the third paging configuration is based on the registration update.

The method comprises obtaining an indication of handling a profile of the communications device (300). The method comprises establishing a first secure communications link with a local profile assistant of the communications device. The method comprises establishing a second secure communications link with a subscription management entity (430) of the communications device. The method comprises receiving information pertaining to handling of the profile by the local profile assistant of the communications device, the information being received from the subscription management entity over the second secure communications link. The method comprises providing the information to the local profile assistant of the communications device over the first secure communications link.

A method of authenticating a mobile station on an alternate communications network is disclosed, the mobile station being associated with a default communications network. The mobile station comprises a baseband processor to manage the antenna-related functions and a SIM card to accommodate a default SIM associated with the default communications network for receiving network credentials from the baseband processor. The home network sends, through the proxy network, to the visited network, data relating to the first subscription. The proxy network sends to the home network a first temporary address. The visited network sends to the proxy network a second temporary address. The device activates a second subscription. The device sends, through the visited network and the proxy network, to the roaming provider network, an identifier for the second subscription. The roaming provider network sends, through the proxy network, to the visited network, data relating to the second subscription. A method of using subscriber identification information stored in mobile user equipment (UE) to connect to a communication service over a public wireless network in the UE, establishing a communication link between the UE and a device, generating network access information (NAI) associated with the communication service in the UE, and sending the NAI from the UE to the device via the communication link. An information processing method is provided for a mobile terminal. The method includes obtaining a first identity identifier assigned to a terminal by a network side; in response to loading the first identity identifier and, from a plurality of identity identifiers of the terminal, determining a second identity identifier as an identity identifier of the terminal in a first operation state; obtaining, based on the second identity identifier, information used for registering and connecting with a second communication network; establishing a data connection between the first identity identifier and the first communication network; and on the data connection established between the first identity identifier and the first communication network, registering with the second communication network using the information for registering and connecting with the second communication network.

A method for providing mobile communication provider information and a device for performing the same are disclosed. A terminal having an eUICC receives data, in which mobile communication provider information is capsulized and included, and stores the received data in the eUICC. Therefore, the mobile communication provider information can be transferred by applying the highest security scheme, and duplication of the eUICC due to the exposure of an authentication key by external hacking attacks can be prevented.
