METHOD AND APPARATUS TO PROVIDE PRIORITY SERVICES TO UE IN WIRELESS NETWORK
Embodiments herein provide methods for providing priority services to a UE by an AMF. The method includes receiving a request message from the UE, receiving, from a unified data management (UDM), subscription data of the UE, and, based on identifying that the subscription data comprises information related to a priority service and the request message does not include an establishment cause associated with the priority service, sending, to the UE, an accept message for the priority service in response to receiving the request message. The priority service comprises at least one of multimedia priority service (MPS) or mission critical service (MCX).
USER EQUIPMENT ASSISTANCE INFORMATION INDICATING A REDUCTION TO ONE TRANSMIT CHAIN FOR A SUBSCRIPTION
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, via a subscription of the UE to a network node, a UE assistance information (UAI) that indicates a reduction to one uplink multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) layer for the subscription. The UE may transmit, via the subscription to the network node, an uplink transmission using one uplink MIMO layer on one transmit (Tx) chain of the UE based at least in part on the UAI and a timer associated with the UAI. Numerous other aspects are described.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING ACCESS TO A PUSH-TO-TALK-OVER-CELLULAR COMMUNICATION NETWORK
A method of managing access to a push-to-talk-over-cellular (POC) talkgroup may include providing a control device configured to manage a first talkgroup, granting a first non-subscriber device access to the first talkgroup, and transmitting, from the control device to the first non-subscriber device, a first communication including a link to download a POC software application configured to access the first talkgroup. A method of managing access to a push-to-talk-over-cellular (POC) talkgroup may alternatively include providing a control device configured to manage a first talkgroup, providing a first subscriber device, transmitting, from the first subscriber device to the control device, first non-subscriber contact information associated with a first non-subscriber device, and granting the first non-subscriber device access to the first talkgroup.

Information transmission method, device, and computer readable storage medium
Disclosed are an information transmission method and device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: an edge node sends a radio capability exposure request to a target transmission node at a radio access network side; the edge node receives radio capability exposure response information responded by the target transmission node. Specifically, the edge node sends the radio capability exposure request to the target transmission node at the radio access network side by means of an Xm interface, and receives the radio capability exposure response information responded by the target transmission node by means of the Xm interface or User Plane Functionality (UPF). In the solution of the present invention, the edge node can directly send the radio capability exposure request to the target transmission node at the radio access network side, and the target transmission node can also directly send the capability exposure response information to the edge node without the need of a core network, and thus better solving the problems in the related art that an information transfer delay exists in a radio capability exposure mode and the burden of core network processing is increased.

Interface of an M2M server with the 3GPP core network
A network node is configured to initiate a first authentication and key establishment procedure with a machine to machine (M2M) device. The network node is configured to determine a key agreement between the network node and the M2M device using the first authentication and key establishment procedure. The network node is configured to initiate a second authentication and key establishment procedure with an M2M server. The network node is configured to receive a request from the M2M server for the key agreement to be used to communicate with the M2M device using the second authentication and key establishment procedure. The network node is configured to send the key agreement to the M2M server using the second authentication and key establishment procedure.

FRONTHAUL INTERFACE FOR ADVANCED SPLIT-RADIO ACCESS NETWORK (RAN) SYSTEMS
In one embodiment, a distributed unit (DU) is configured to do the following in connection with wirelessly transmitting user data to a UE using less than all of a plurality of radio units (RUs): include, in one or more user-plane messages for that UE that are communicated to the RUs, common header fields that contain a RU mask field for storing a bit mask comprising a plurality of bit positions. Each bit position is associated with a respective one of the RUs. Each RU is configured to: use the respective RU mask field included in any user-plane messages received by that RU in order to determine if the received user-plane message is intended for that RU and use the received message if the received message is intended for that RU and discard the received message if the received message is not intended for that RU.
