Secondary Cell-User Equipment Handovers
Techniques and apparatuses are described for secondary cell-user equipment (SC-UE) handovers. In aspects, a base station provides, as a primary cell, primary cell services to a first group of user equipments (UEs) in a first base station-user equipment dual connectivity (BUDC) group. In implementations, the base station determines to perform an SC-UE handover that disconnects a first UE from a first secondary cell-user equipment (SC-UE) that provides a first secondary cell to the first BUDC group and connects the first UE to a second SC-UE that provides a second secondary cell to a second BUDC group. The base station directs the first SC-UE to release the first UE from the first BUDC group, and communicates, as the primary cell, control-plane information or user-plane data with one or more UEs in the first group of UEs that remain in the first BUDC group.
Area of Wireless Device
A second base station receives, from a first base station, a message indicating that a packet data unit session of a wireless device is allowed in an area. The second base station sends, to the first base station, in response to the message, radio resource control configuration parameters of one or more cells determined based on the area.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TRANSMITTING AUDIO DATA, TWS EARPHONE PAIR, CHIP AND MEDIUM
A method for transmitting audio data, including: determining whether a TWS master device and a TWS slave device have received audio data; sending a first additional packet data to the TWS slave device according to a first determination that the TWS master device has received the audio data, and forwarding the audio data to the TWS slave device according to a second determination that the TWS master device has not received a second additional packet data, turning off a resending time window of the TWS master device; sending the second additional packet data to the TWS master device according to a third determination that the TWS slave device has received the audio data, and forwarding the audio data to the TWS master device according to a fourth determination that the TWS slave device has not received the first additional packet data, and turning off the resending time window of the TWS slave device.
PACKET DUPLICATION INDICATION FOR MDT
A method of operating a radio access network (RAN) node includes determining whether packet duplication is activated for a split data radio bearer (DRB), associated to a user equipment (UE) and initiating transmission of an indication toward a trace collection entity of whether packet duplication is enabled for the DRB. A method of operating a management node of a core network of a wireless communication system according to some embodiments includes transmitting a minimization of drive testing (MDT) configuration associated to a UE towards a network node, receiving an indication of whether packet duplication is enabled for a split DRB associated to the UE, and adjusting how throughput is calculated for the UE based on the indication.
Multi-USIM UE Assistance Information with Unavailable Time
Method, apparatus, computer program for a user equipment having at least two connections to at least two network nodes, where each connection corresponds to a different user identity, selecting by the user equipment one of the at least two network nodes to communicate exclusively with during one or more time intervals; and sending by the user equipment one or more messages toward the other ones of the at least two network nodes, the one or more messages indicating to the other ones of the at least two network nodes that the user equipment is unavailable for communication during the one or more time intervals.
TERMINAL APPARATUS, METHOD, AND INTEGRATED CIRCUIT
A terminal apparatus for communicating with a base station apparatus is provided. The terminal apparatus includes a receiver configured to receive a first message from the base station apparatus, and a processing unit configured to establish a second packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) entity with a configuration identical to a configuration of a first PDCP entity for a first signaling radio bearer, based on a fact that a first configuration is configured. The first configuration is configured based on the first message.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR STR IN WIRELESS LAN THAT SUPPORTS MULTI-LINKS
A method and an apparatus for STR in a wireless LAN that supports multi-links are disclosed. An operating method of a first communication node comprises the steps of: transmitting a first frame to a second communication node through a first link from among multi-links; receiving, from the second communication node, a response frame for the first frame through the first link; checking a channel occupancy time in a second link from among the multi-links on the basis of first information included in the response frame; and performing a sensing operation in a preset section after the end of the channel occupancy time in the second link.
TERMINAL APPARATUS, BASE STATION APPARATUS, AND METHOD
A terminal apparatus for communicating with a base station apparatus is provided. The terminal apparatus includes a receiver configured to receive a Radio Resource Control (RRC) reconfiguration message including a parameter related to a first configuration from the base station apparatus, and a processing unit configured to perform configuration in accordance with the RRC reconfiguration message received. In a case that a first timer of an RRC protocol expires, a radio link failure of a source primary cell is not detected, and configuration related to Dual Active Protocol Stack (DAPS) handover is performed for the terminal apparatus, the processing unit reconfigures all of state variables configured for a Radio Link Control (RLC) entity of a Signaling Radio Bearer (SRB) in the source primary cell to respective initial values, resumes the SRB suspended in the source primary cell, and transmits an RRC message for notifying the base station apparatus that the DAPS handover has failed.
