Methods and systems for multicast-broadcast session release and modification
Methods and Systems for modifying or releasing a Multicast/Broadcast (MB) session for delivery of MB Data to a plurality of Electronic Devices (EDs) connected to a (Radio) Access Network (R)AN node is disclosed. The method includes receiving one or more triggers, and instructing the various network functions and (R)AN nodes to modify (or release) the MB session dependent on the received trigger.

TERMINAL DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION METHOD
This application provides a terminal device and a communication method. The terminal device is in a dual-connectivity network including a long term evolution (LTE) link and a new radio (NR) link, and when the terminal device detects that the terminal device is in a power saving mode, and/or when the terminal device detects that battery power of the terminal device is less than or equal to a first preset value, and/or when the terminal device detects that temperature of a rear cover of the terminal device is greater than or equal to a second preset value, the terminal device releases the NR link, and uses the LTE link for communication.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR EFFICIENTLY ACTIVATING OR DEACTIVATING USER EQUIPMENT
A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided for efficiently activating or deactivating user equipment. An example method includes receiving a deactivation request comprising one or more identifiers for one or more user equipment or one or more user equipment groups, determining which one or more user equipment or user equipment groups are impacted by the deactivation request and causing a suspend request to be transmitted to the one or more user equipment or user equipment groups that are impacted. Another example method is provided for receiving an activation request comprising one or more identifiers for one or more user equipment or one or more user equipment groups, determining which one or more user equipment or user equipment groups are impacted by the activation request, and causing a notice to be transmitted to the one or more user equipment or user equipment groups that are impacted.

METHODS OF COMMUNICATION, TERMINAL DEVICES, NETWORK DEVICES AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIA
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices, and medium for communication. A method of communication comprises in accordance with a determination that a condition for performing a configuration for a primary secondary cell (PScell) of a secondary cell group (SCG) of a second network device is met, determining, at a terminal device served by a first network device, whether the SCG of the second network device is deactivated. The method further comprises in accordance with a determination that the SCG is deactivated, transmitting a third message to the second network device of the SCG, the third message indicating that the configuration for the PScell has been completed by the terminal device.

UE-assistance to support multiple systems based on frequency band combinations
A wireless device sends a first radio resource control (RRC) message to a first base station. The first RRC message may indicate one or more first frequency band combinations that the wireless device is capable of communicating with the first base station. During an RRC connection with the first base station, a cell of a second base station for monitoring one or more downlink channels may be selected. One or more second frequency band combinations may be determined based on: one or more operating frequency bands of the cell; the one or more first frequency band combinations; and radio transceiver capability of the wireless device. During the RRC connection with the first base station, a second RRC message indicating the one or more second frequency band combinations may be transmitted to the first base station.
Method of operating UE in relation to as configuration in wireless communication system
A method of operating a first user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes performing an access stratum (AS) configuration procedure with a second UE by the first UE, and transmitting a radio resource control (RRC) message to a base station (BS) based on failure of the AS configuration procedure by the first UE. The RRC message includes information about a destination identifier (ID) of a unicast link related to the failure of the AS configuration procedure.
