COLLISION OF UE-REQUESTED PDU SESSION RELEASE PROCEDURE AND NETWORK-REQUESTED PDU SESSION RELEASE PROCEDURE
A method for handling a collision of a UE-requested MA PDU session release procedure and a network-requested MA PDU session release procedure is proposed. If the Access type IE is included in the PDU SESSION RELEASE COMMAND message, and the PDU session is an MA PDU session and having user-plane resources established on the access different from the access indicated in the Access type IE in the PDU SESSION RELEASE COMMAND message, then the UE proceeds with both the UE-requested PDU session release procedure and network-requested PDU session release procedure. Otherwise, the UE aborts the UE-requested PDU session release procedure and stops the timer T3582 and proceeds with the network-requested PDU session release procedure.
BASE STATION OPERATION METHOD RELATED TO RELEASE OF SIDELINK RESOURCE IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
An embodiment relates to a base station operation method related to a sidelink in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving, by a base station, a report related to the use of a sidelink-related resource from a UE; and instructing, by the base station, the UE to release the sidelink-related resource on the basis of the report, wherein the report includes the number of times the UE has not used the sidelink-related resource, and the number of times is greater than a preconfigured threshold value.
METHOD FOR PROCESSING DISCONTINUOUS RECEPTION PARAMETER, STORAGE MEDIUM, AND PROCESSOR
The present disclosure discloses a method for processing discontinuous reception parameters, a storage medium and a processor. The method includes: user equipment receiving discontinuous reception parameters and parameter values, the discontinuous reception parameters corresponding to different communication parameters being different, or the parameter values of the discontinuous reception parameters corresponding to different communication parameters being different; and the user equipment performing configuration on the basis of the discontinuous reception parameters and the parameter values. The present disclosure solves the technical problems in the related art of being unable to achieve the purpose of power saving as user equipment has a large power consumption when transmitting data (such as a direct communication request (DCR) message or a discovery message) on a sidelink.
Restarting primary cell bandwidth part inactivity timer based on expiration of secondary cell deactivation timer
A wireless device may receive one or more messages comprising configuration parameters for a primary cell and a secondary cell. The configuration parameters may indicate a deactivation timer for the secondary cell and a bandwidth part (BWP) inactivity timer for the primary cell. The wireless device may start the deactivation timer in response to activating the secondary cell. The wireless device may start the BWP inactivity timer in response to switching an active BWP of the primary cell. The wireless device may stop the BWP inactivity timer of the primary cell based on initiating a random-access procedure for the secondary cell. In response to the deactivation timer of the secondary cell expiring during the random-access procedure, the wireless device may restart the BWP inactivity timer of the primary cell.

DEVICE PERFORMANCE WHEN T312 CONFIGURED
This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support enhanced management of recovery timers in a wireless communication system. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes an apparatus determining whether a recovery timer is currently running, the apparatus being configured for multi-subscriber identity module (SIM) communications including a first subscription and a second subscription. The apparatus is further configured to tune away from the first subscription to the second subscription when the recovery timer is determined not to be currently running, and determine to forego tuning away from the first subscription to the second subscription when the recovery timer is determined to be currently running. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING CONNECTION WITH COMMUNICATION NETWORK IN ELECTRONIC DEVICE
According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise a wireless communication circuit, an application processor, and a communication processor. The communication processor may be configured to receive data inactivity timer information through the wireless communication circuit from a base station, drive a data inactivity timer based on a first setting value corresponding to the received data inactivity timer information, in a radio resource control (RRC) connected state for the base station, receive a data inactivity-related event from the application processor, change the first setting value to a second setting value in response to the reception of the data inactivity-related event, and release an RRC connection for the base station in response to identifying that the data inactivity timer expires based on the changed second setting value. Other various embodiments are possible as well.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PAGING HANDLING IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a paging handling in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: registering to a first network and a second network; establishing a connection with the first network; receiving, from the first network, information for a release timer; starting the release timer after receiving a paging from the second network; and upon an expiry of the release timer: releasing the connection with the first network without receiving a radio resource control (RRC) release message from the first network; and establishing a connection with the second network based on the paging from the second network.
