Wire guidance and remote operation for material handling vehicles
A material handling vehicle guidance system comprises a first conductive member, a second conductive member, and an electrical current source. The second conductive member is electrically coupled to the first conductive member and extends parallel to the first conductive member to define a loop. The first conductive member and second conductive member are coupled to a shielded cable connector. The electrical current source supplies current to the first conductive member in a first direction and supplies current to the second conductive member in a second direction opposite the first direction to produce a narrowcast radio frequency signal detectable between the first conductive member and the second member.
Self-organing communications network and systems
A communications node includes an apparel item in the form of a harness that includes a primary portion. A halo element extends from the primary portion and is configured to be worn about the neck. A fastener that demountably couples the primary portion to the halo element. An antenna element positioned within the apparel item. An A/V hub is affixed to the halo portion and configured to receive audio/video input. The apparel item also includes a communications device and battery. A control circuit is communicatively coupled to the antenna element, the A/V hub, the communications device, and the battery. The A/V hub demountably and communicatively couples to an audio/video source. The control circuit is configured to establish a self-organizing WAN with computing devices that connect directly, dynamically, and non-hierarchically to the WAN. The antenna elements include a graphene polymer conductive composition. The apparel item is multilayered and reflects RF radiation.
Voice operated remote control
A wireless device may receive from a source device an instruction to present program content. The wireless device may determine device types missing from an entertainment system based on supporting playback of the program content. A device type missing from the entertainment system may be registered. An instruction may be transmitted to an active source device to increment or decrement a counter. The counter may represent a total number of zones that receives data from the active source device.
LOCAL WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, IN-AREA RECEPTION QUALITY CONTROL METHOD, CONTROLLER, AND PROGRAM
The present disclosure is a local wireless communication system for forming a wireless communication environment on a predetermined band. This system includes a base station that emits a radio wave to form the wireless communication environment in a predetermined area, a plurality of sensors disposed in the area, and a controller that controls a transmission state of the radio wave from the base station. Each of the plurality sensors measures a reception quality of the measurement signal transmitted from the base station and feeds back the reception quality to the controller via the base station. The controller evaluates the reception quality fed back and determines a parameter to be given to the base station in accordance with an evaluation result. The base station transmits the measurement signal in accordance with a parameter given from the controller.
ACCESSING A LOCAL DATA NETWORK VIA A MOBILE DATA CONNECTION
Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for accessing a local data network via a mobile data connection. One apparatus includes a processor that determines to configure a first data connection to provide access to a local data network in addition to the remote data network based on information received from a session management function (SMF) and activates a network interface that communicates with the local data network in response to determining to configure the first data connection to provide access to the local data network. The processor transmits a downlink data packet to the remote unit over the first data connection and provides the remote unit with access to one or more services via the local data network using the activated network interface.
AUTOMATED EQUIPMENT ASSOCIATION SYSTEM
An automatic association system for automating an association of a plurality of devices in a battlefield simulation system. A network polling mode of each of the plurality of devices is initiated. At least one other of the plurality of devices is detected. A movement of the device and the at least one other of the plurality of devices is correlated. A device profile associated with the device is correlated with a movement over time profile of a platform. The device and the at least one other of the plurality of devices are determined to be on the platform based on the movement and the correlation of the device profile with the movement over time profile. The device is authenticated based on the determination and a personal area network between the device and the at least one other of the plurality of devices is established based on the authentication.
Authorization system, management server and authorization method
[Problem] In guest invitation for a smart lock, a burden on an owner on invitation is reduced and impersonation or invitation of an unintended third party is prevented. [Solution] A representative guest terminal 102 requesting unlocking of a smart lock 400 generates authentication information referred to at the time of a request for unlocking, imparts a signature to the authentication information, and transmits the authentication information to an owner terminal 101. The owner terminal 101 verifies a signature of the representative guest terminal 102, imparts a signature to the authentication information, and transmits the authentication information to a management server 200. The management server 200 verifies the signatures of the representative guest terminal 102 and the owner terminal 101, stores the owner terminal 101 and the representative guest terminal 102 in association with each other, and stores the authentication information and the representative guest terminal 102 in association with each other. When the management server 200 receives an unlocking request from the smart lock 400 and successfully authenticates the unlocking request by referring to the stored authentication information, the smart lock 400 is unlocked.
Mobile station, position management apparatus, subscriber information management apparatus, mobile communication system, access control apparatus, home base station and communication method
A system includes a subscription storage that stores an APN for identifying a home base station and the service class available for a UE as subscription information, in correspondence with a mobile terminal identifier for identifying UE; a positional information update request receiver for receiving a positional information update request of UE 70 from an MME; and a positional information response transmitter that extracts the available service class included in the positional information update request, from the subscription storage and transmits a positional information update response included with the extracted service class to MME. With this configuration, it is possible to provide a mobile communication system in which, for a plurality of services of a home base station, the owner of a home base station can set the access right for each of the services, and communication data is transferred based on the set access right.
Information processing apparatus, server, and data transmission system
According to one aspect of the present invention, an information processing apparatus includes a determination unit that determines whether an identifier extracted from a one-way communication packet received from a sensor includes a first value indicating another information processing apparatus as a legitimate destination, a second value indicating a user different from a user of the information processing apparatus as the legitimate destination, or a third value indicating a sensor different from a sensor associated with the information processing apparatus as an origination, and a transmission unit that transmits, to a server, a second packet in which the first, the second, or the third value is stored, if the identifier includes the first, the second, or the third value.
