Rear-view Assembly for a Motor Vehicle with a Heating Device
An exterior rear-view assembly for a vehicle has at least one reflective element and at least one camera fixedly secured to a backing plate and movable therewith. A heating device having at least one heatable element is between the backing plate and the reflective element. The heatable element is divided into first and second regions, wherein the first and second regions are subjected to different heating output over time. At least one information element and at least one window for electromagnetic radiation are disposed in the second region and are visible before the entire reflective element is defrosted.
Controllable thermal warming devices
A controllable thermal warming device for delivering heat to an object by radio frequency signal. The controllable thermal warming device may include a thermal ink heating element comprising a substrate and a conductive ink fixedly disposed on the substrate, a power source operatively coupled to the conductive ink, the power source adapted to deliver a voltage to the conductive ink to cause the conductive ink to radiate heat, a controller operatively coupled to the power source and the conductive ink, the controller adapted to control the voltage delivered to the conductive ink and to detect an operating characteristic of the conductive ink and adjust the voltage in response to the operating characteristic, and means for controlling the controller by radio frequency. The controllable thermal warming device may also include a sensor to provide the operating characteristic to the controller.
SENSOR FOR VEHICLE, SENSING METHOD THEREOF AND VEHICLE SYSTEM
According to one embodiment, there is provided a sensor for a vehicle, which includes: a vehicle glass; a substrate disposed on the vehicle glass; a transparent sensing electrode disposed on the substrate; and a wire electrode connected to the sensing electrode, wherein the sensing electrode comprises a first sensing electrode and a second sensing electrode spaced apart from the first sensing electrode.
Heater for an automotive vehicle and method of forming same
There is disclosed a heater for an automotive vehicle or other article of manufacture. The heater typically includes a first conductive medium and a second conductive medium disposed upon a carrier. In a preferred embodiment, the first conductive medium includes a first section and a second section that are electrically connected by a second conductive medium. The second conductive medium preferably exhibits a positive thermal coefficient.
Polymer thick film positive temperature coefficient carbon composition
The invention is directed to a polymer thick film positive temperature coefficient carbon resistor composition consisting essentially of: (a) organic medium consisting of: (i) a fluoropolymer resin consisting of a copolymer of vinylidene difluoride and hexafluoropropylene; and (ii) an organic solvent consisting of triethyl phosphate; and (b) conductive carbon powder. The composition may be processed at a time and temperature necessary to remove all solvent. The invention is further directed to positive temperature coefficient (PTC) circuits comprising the composition of the invention which has been dried to remove the solvent and to articles, e.g., mirror heaters and seat heaters, containing such PTC circuits as well as a method for making such PTC circuits.
Flexible heated planar element
A double-sidedly self-adhesive planar element which is intrinsically heatable in a self-regulating way and at the same time has a particularly high flexibility. The planar element has a layer sequence of a posistor heating layer, a contacting layer and an adhesive layer, the contacting layer being a two-dimensional perforate contacting element which within the planar element is therefore present as a contacting element which has not been applied to a backing. Also disclosed is an adhesively bonded assembly of a bonding substrate and a planar element of the aforesaid kind, a method of producing a planar element of the aforesaid kind, and a method of using a planar element of the aforesaid kind for heating an adhesively bonded assembly.
Control device and sanitary equipment
Disclosed are a control device and a sanitary equipment. The control device comprises: a back plate and an outer plate, the outer plate is provided with a deformation control area, a circuit board is arranged between the outer plate and the back plate, a controller and a pressure sensor in communication connection with the controller are arranged on the circuit board, and the pressure sensor is arranged behind the deformation control area. The pressure sensor is arranged in the deformation control area, so that the pressure sensor detects deformation of the deformation control area, thus realizing control by pressing. Since the deformation control area is arranged on the outer plate, etching a key on other parts of the sanitary equipment may be avoided, and damage to other parts may be avoided, thus saving costs. The pressure-sensitive key is waterproof and dustproof, and has a long service life.
PORTABLE ANTI-FOG COSMETIC MIRROR AND ANTI-FOG METHOD
The present invention discloses a portable anti-fog cosmetic mirror and an anti-fog method, where the portable anti-fog cosmetic mirror includes a mirror frame, a heating module, a temperature sensing device and a mirror surface. The heating module is mounted on one side of the mirror surface adjacent to the mirror frame, and includes a heating sheet and a controller; the temperature sensing device is connected to one side of the heating sheet adjacent to the mirror frame and configured to sense an actual temperature of the heating sheet; and the mirror surface is connected to a periphery of the mirror frame. The portable anti-fog cosmetic mirror of the present invention solves the problem that the portable mirror cannot automatically sense the temperature and adjust the heating temperature according to the actual situation, and solves the problem of power consumption of a battery of the portable mirror.
