Methods and systems associated with an object for a game
Embodiments of this disclosure are related to methods and systems associated with a game. The gaming system may be configured to allow a thrower to throw an object, and store tokens associated with the game within the object. This may allow for players of the game to readily and efficiently tabulate the score of a game. Embodiments may include a throwing object and tokens.
Golf ball and method of manufacturing the same
The invention provides a golf ball having a core and a cover of one or more layer encasing the core, wherein the core has a center core and a foamed outer layer that directly, or indirectly through another layer, envelops the center core. The foamed outer layer is made of a rubber composition that includes a base rubber, a co-crosslinking agent and an organic peroxide. The foamed outer layer has an inside portion facing the ball center and an outside portion facing the outside of the ball that are unfoamed regions, and contains a foamed region in an intermediate portion therebetween. A method of manufacturing such a golf ball is also provided.
Flip toy assembly with launcher device and projectile
A flip toy assembly provides a launcher having and a projectile that is launched and can be caught by the launcher. The launcher has an elongate handle. The handle has a top end and a bottom end, distal from the top end. A head is fixedly attached to the bottom end. A projectile has an apex having a first side and a second side. A first leg extends away from the first side of the apex and a second leg extends away from the second side of the apex. A method of playing a game with the flip toy assembly is also provided.
Basketball training device
The present invention relates to a training device for basketball consisting of a support member that is mounted on the ceiling and a target member suspended below the support member. The player lays on the floor below the device and tosses a basketball at the target member.

Sports training aid
A polyhedral substantially cube-shaped training aid approximately the size and weight of a basketball and having a side transition, whereby when the training aid is launched in the manner of a basketball shot the rotation of the training aid provides visual feedback representative of a nature of the rotation of the device in flight. The training aid may include a level indicator device, sound indicator, vibration indicator, and side transitions are generally beveled. The training aid may include visual outer-markings on one or more external surfaces of the aid to visually indicate the nature of the rotation of the device when launched. Alternatively, the training aid is removably placed over the outside surface of a basketball so as to at least partially square off a first perspective of the basketball, the training aid being configured and constructed of material that permits the training aid to become removably affixed to the outer surface of the basketball.
Golf balls having a foam inner core with thermal barrier
Golf balls having a multi-layered core made of a foamed composition are provided. The core assembly preferably includes a foam inner core (center) and surrounding outer core layer. Preferably, a polyurethane foam composition is used to form the foam center. The core layers have different hardness gradients and specific gravity values. The foamed inner core assembly includes a geometric center, outer surface (skin), and thermal barrier layer that helps protect the foamed center region from the negative effects of high temperatures used during the ball-manufacturing process. Non-foamed thermoset materials such as polybutadiene rubber may be used to form the thermal barrier layer. The foam cores have good resiliency, thermal stability, and durability over a wide temperature range. The ball further includes a cover that may be multi-layered.
INTERACTIVE PERCUSSIVE DEVICE FOR ACOUSTIC APPLICATIONS
Percussive interactive device characterized in that it is composed of an external polyhedric case of deformable material and of an internal case housing an electronic device, whose purpose is to detect external forces applied on said device and to transmit the data collected, once converted into electronic data for audio applications, to an external device used to process and emit sound.
GOLF BALLS HAVING FOAM, HOLLOW, OR METAL CENTER AND PLASTICIZED THERMOPLASTIC CORE LAYER
Multi-layered golf balls containing a dual-core structure are provided. The core structure includes an inner core (center) made from a foam or metal-containing composition, or it has a hollow shell construction, and the outer core layer is made of a thermoplastic composition. Preferably, the thermoplastic composition comprises: a) ethylene acid copolymer, b) plasticizer, and c) cation source. A fatty acid ester such as ethyl oleate is preferably used as the plasticizer. The core assembly preferably has a positive hardness gradient extending across the entire assembly. The core structure and resulting ball have relatively good resiliency at given compressions.
Play ball with foam filling
A play ball has a rubber shell filled with resilient foam having an entire outer peripheral surface thereof intimately attached by heat fusion and adhesive to an entire interior surface of the shell. Such attachment enables the foam to provide additional resiliency by foam tension, as well as by foam compression, thereby significantly extending the effective bounce life of the ball. A seamed dog chew toy has essentially similar construction such that the increased retention force provided by the intimate attachment of the foam to the shell resists the chewing force of the dog popping a seam improving durability.
