LED POWER TRANSMISSION LINE WITH LOAD IDENTIFICATION FUNCTION AND LOAD IDENTIFICATION METHOD
An LED power transmission line with load identification function is coupled to an LED power control apparatus having a plurality of power output ports and an LED load. The LED power transmission line includes a power transmission circuit, a signal transmission circuit, and a memory apparatus. The power transmission circuit transmits a power outputted from the power output port to the LED load. The signal transmission circuit is coupled to a control module of the LED power apparatus through the power output port. The memory apparatus stores an LED specification information related to an electrical specification of the LED load. The LED specification information is provided to the control module through the signal transmission circuit so that the control module limits an output current outputted from the power output port according to the LED specification information.

A non-insulating adhesive layer is disposed between the base surface of the LED circuit board and the curved inner surface of the glass lamp tube and extends along a length of the LED light strip. The LED circuit board comprises a first end electrically connecting to a first connector and a second end electrically connecting to a second connector, wherein the first connector and the second connector are connectable to a light fixture through the end caps. The inner space of the glass lamp tube comprises ambient atmosphere. The plurality of LED light sources emit white light. The diameter of the lamp tube is ⅝ inch or 1 inch and a length of the glass lamp tube is 2 ft, 4 ft or 8 ft.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING POWER AND DATA TO DEVICES
Systems and methods are provided to transmit a data encoded power signal to addressable devices. A lighting controller sends the data encoded power waveform to a plurality of addressable lighting modules to power and control a behavior of the lighting modules. An inventory function causes the lighting controller to send, one by one, each of the possible unique addresses, or for a particular range of addresses, a command to turn ON lighting modules. The lighting controller monitors the current draw of the power supply or the data encoded power waveform and compares the monitored current with a threshold to determine whether the addressed lighting module responded to the command. The lighting controller provides the user, via a user interface, a list of the responding lighting modules based on the comparison.

Automotive lamp
A lighting circuit turns on multiple semiconductor light sources. Multiple current sources are each coupled in series with a corresponding one from among the semiconductor light sources. A switching converter supplies a driving voltage V.sub.OUT across each of multiple series connection circuits formed of the multiple semiconductor light sources and the multiple current sources. A converter controller controls a switching transistor of the switching converter based on a relation between a voltage across one from among the multiple current sources and a reference voltage having a positive correlation with the temperature T.sub.j.
