LED lighting systems and method
Embodiments of the invention include LED lighting systems and methods. For example, in some embodiments, an LED lighting system is included. The LED lighting system can include a flexible layered circuit structure that can include a top thermally conductive layer, a middle electrically insulating layer, a bottom thermally conductive layer, and a plurality of light emitting diodes mounted on the top layer. The LED lighting system can further include a housing substrate and a mounting structure. The mounting structure can be configured to suspend the layered circuit structure above the housing substrate with an air gap disposed in between the bottom thermally conductive layer of the flexible layered circuit structure and the housing substrate. The distance between the layered circuit structure and the support layer can be at least about 0.5 mm. Other embodiments are also included herein.

A high-frequency device includes: a circuit substrate including dielectric layers that are stacked, wiring patterns located on at least one of the dielectric layers, and a passive element formed of at least one of the wiring patterns, the circuit substrate having a first surface that is a surface of an outermost dielectric layer in a stacking direction of the dielectric layers; a terminal for connecting the high-frequency device to an external circuit, the terminal being located on the first surface and electrically connected to the passive element through a first path in the circuit substrate; and an acoustic wave element located on the first surface and electrically connected to the passive element through a second path in the circuit substrate.

A component determination system for determining, in a case when a first component to be mounted on a board by a first mounting operation and a second component mounted on the board by a second mounting operation have a particular corresponding relationship, whether a combination of the first component and the second component mounted is permissible, the component determination system including: a first characteristic information acquiring section configured to acquire first characteristic information of the first component for which the first mounting operation has been completed; a second characteristic information acquiring section configured to acquire second characteristic information of the second component prepared prior to the second mounting operation; and a combination determining section configured to determine whether to allow the combination of the first component and the second component based on the acquired first characteristic information and the acquired second characteristic information.
ELECTRONIC PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
A printed circuit board may include a top side, a bottom side, and a circumferential surface that connects the top side to the bottom side. The circumferential surface may have a toothing for forming a gear wheel. The toothing may be circumferentially closed and may be arranged over an entire surface area of the circumferential surface. The toothing may be configured as an involute toothing, an epicycloid toothing, a hypocycloid toothing, or a lantern gear toothing. The printed circuit board may be formed of fiber-reinforced plastic. Further, the printed circuit board may include a track, a surface structure, and/or a conductor track configured for inductive sampling, capacitive sampling, optical sampling, and/or acoustic sampling.

The electronic component is disposed in the cavity. An interconnection substrate having a barcode includes a core layer, an interconnection layer over a first surface of the core layer, an insulating layer to cover the interconnection layer, and one or more additional interconnection layers over the insulating layer, wherein the barcode includes cells arranged at spaced intervals, and a cell pattern is made by forming penetrating holes through the core layer in some of the cells but not in remaining ones of the cells, wherein the penetrating holes are filled with resin, and an end face of the resin is exposed on the same side as the first surface such that the interconnection layer is situated in a surrounding area of the end face but not over the end face, and wherein a number of interconnection layers over the end face is smaller than a number of interconnection layers in the surrounding area of the end face.
Printed wiring board and memory system
A printed wiring board includes first, second, and third wiring layers, first and second insulating members, and first and second vias. The first wiring layer includes a recognition mark and a first wiring on a first surface. The second wiring layer includes a first pad and a second wiring. The third wiring layer includes a third wiring. The first via penetrates the first insulating member and electrically connects the recognition mark to the first pad. The second via penetrates the second insulating member and electrically connects the first pad to the third wiring. The first pad and the first and second vias are in a region within an outer perimeter of the recognition mark when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the first surface.
