Pluggable intrinsically safe barrier
A new and improved intrinsically safe barrier (ISB) provides advantages in connection with installation of field equipment in hazardous areas including Division 2/Zone 2 areas. In one embodiment the new ISB provides a pluggable/unpluggable ISB for use with a receiving terminal base adapted for individual field mounting and alternatively for use with a circuit mount terminal base to permit direct mounting of ISB on circuit boards. A highly effective heat sink design and potting material allows for heat dissipation to allow the ISB to serve a wider range of applications.
Connection Assembly and Pin With A Welding Section
A pin has a compliant section at a first end and a welding section at a second end opposite the first end. The compliant section is electrically connected with a via of a printed circuit board. The welding section has a welded connection with a passive component.

Submergence detection device, vehicle control device, and vehicle
A submergence detection device includes: a housing in which an opening is formed; and a detection electrode disposed inside the housing and configured to detect a submergence. A through hole is formed in the housing. When seen from the opening, a wall surface that is located in the housing farther than a position of the through hole is watertight. When seen from the opening, the detection electrode is disposed closer to the opening than the through hole.
Electronic unit
An electronic unit is provided. The electronic unit includes a circuit board provided with an electronic component and a terminal, a terminal holder fixed to the circuit board and holding the terminal, a first casing assembled so as to abut on the terminal holder, and a second casing assembled to the first casing so as to sandwich the terminal holder between the first casing and the second casing, and configured to maintain a state where the terminal holder and the first casing abut on each other by being engaged with the first casing so as to restrict movement of the first casing away from the terminal holder and by elastically pressing the terminal holder against the first casing through a pressing piece extending from the second casing.
Rattling prevention structure, electronic component module, electrical connection box, and wire harness
A ratting prevention structure is provided. Further, an electronic component module, an electrical connection box, and a wire harness which adopt the ratting prevention structure are provided. The electronic component module includes a cover having a rectangular opening portion, a connector block inserted into the opening portion of the cover, and an engagement mechanism engaging the block member with the opening portion of the cover. The rattling prevention structure is used to prevent rattling between the cover and the block member. In the rattling prevention structure, four pressing protrusions are formed at any one of four corner parts of the cover and four corner portions of the block member at the opening portion. The four pressing protrusions are configured to bend four walls of the cover inward while displacing the four corner parts of the cover outward.
Vehicle-mounted electronic device including a substrate inside a housing
A box (4) has, on a rear wall surface (4b) facing a plane where an opening (4a) is formed, a first protrusion (4g) which is fitted to a first notch (3a) of a substrate (3) and first ribs (4h) which support a first end of the substrate (3) by sandwiching the first end, and has, on two surfaces facing respective substrate surfaces of the substrate (3), a hole (4n) for each of the two surfaces. A lid (5) has, on a lid surface (5a) facing the opening (4a), a second protrusion (5b) fitted to a second notch (3b) of the substrate (3), a second rib (5c), and a third rib (5d), the second and third ribs supporting a second end of the substrate (3) by sandwiching the second end, and has, at an outer periphery, hooks (5g) for fixing the lid (5) to the box (4) by being fitted to the holes (4n) of the box (4). The hooks (5g) each have an inclined surface (5j) that allows the lid (5) to move by a specified amount in a direction in which the lid (5) comes off from the box (4).
Electrical junction box
An electrical junction box is provided that can suppress a failure occurring due to a connector being exposed to external stress. An electrical junction box includes a substrate on which the connector is mounted, a case in which an opening portion is formed and the substrate is accommodated, and a cover that is attached to the opening portion and in which an insertion hole, into which the connector is to be inserted, is formed in a penetrating manner. The cover includes protruding portions at positions on sides of the connector, the protruding portions protruding forward of a leading end of the connector.
Sealable multi-surface electronics thermal conduction package
An electronics thermal conduction package is provided. The package may include a housing and an interior space, or envelope, configured to receive a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) with one or more microprocessors or other heat generating elements. The package can be elastically deformed to open a dimension of the envelope, or receiving cavity, such that a complete PCBA can be inserted inside the interior space of the package. Once inserted, the package may be returned to its undeformed, or substantially undeformed, state such that surfaces in the interior space of the package contact one or more of the heat generating elements on the PCBA creating a conductive thermal path from the heat generating elements to the housing of the package.
Electronic pen
An electronic pen has a cylindrical chassis, a circuit board disposed within a pillar-shaped hollow portion of the chassis, and a connector exposable from an opening in the chassis to outside of the chassis. The connector includes a housing and a shell. The shell has a first size in a direction parallel to a planar surface of a contact portion of the connector and orthogonal to the axial direction of the chassis that is smaller than a diameter of the hollow portion of the chassis. The shell is coupled to the circuit board in a state in which the direction of the first size of the shell is parallel to a planar surface of the circuit board, and a width of the circuit board in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the circuit board is less than the first size of the shell.
