Lid assembly including gasket for outdoor electronic device housing and hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) network component including same
A lid assembly containing a lid gasket may be used to replace an existing lid assembly that forms part of a housing of an outdoor electronic device, such as an RF amplifier in a hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) network delivering CATV services to subscriber locations. The replacement lid assembly is configured to engage and cover an existing base of the electronic device, such as an RF amplifier, without disconnecting the electronic device (e.g., without interrupting CATV service). The lid gasket in the lid assembly may comply with current requirements and/or standards and is configured to engage the existing base adjacent an older gasket in the base to reinforce sealing of the electronic device housing. The lid assembly may also be configured to include improved or upgraded electronic components, such as an integrated power supply, and/or to provide improved heat transfer.
Electronic Module
An electronic module includes a carrier element and a circuit board. The circuit board is attached in and/or to the carrier element via at least one connection site. The at least one connection site is formed by means of a hardenable medium.
VEHICLE COMPUTE UNIT WITH MIDDLE PLATE ARCHITECTURE
An assembly for stacking a plurality of circuit boards of an electronics package is provided. The assembly may comprise a chassis structure, a first plurality of printed circuit board (PCB), and a second plurality of PCBs, where the second plurality of PCBs are configured to be coupled to connectors of the first plurality of PCBs that are accessible via connection access points in the chassis structure. The first plurality of PCBs is positioned on a first side of the chassis structure, and the second plurality of PCBs are positioned on a second side of the chassis structure. Positioning tolerancing of the second plurality of PCBs relative to the first plurality of PCBs is provided by the connectors of the first plurality of PCBs.
CIRCUIT BOARD
Provided is a circuit board having a plurality of fastening holes used to fasten the circuit board to a predetermined part. The circuit board has a plurality of electronic components mounted on a surface thereof, and is fastened to the predetermined part by fasteners inserted into the fastening holes. Around a certain fastening hole, a stress relieving portion for relieving stress is provided in a region that does not intersect with a straight line connecting that fastening hole and another adjacent fastening hole. Thus, a decrease in anti-vibration performance due to a decrease in resonance frequency can be suppressed.
Substrate unit
A substrate unit includes a circuit board, a connector portion installed at the front end portion of the upper side of the circuit board, a busbar connected to the circuit board and fixed to the lower side of the circuit board, a bottom portion including a recessed portion overlapping the front end portion of the circuit board and arranged on the lower side of the busbar, and a bonding layer fixing the busbar to the bottom portion. The busbar includes a non-bonding region that faces the recessed portion. A bonding region includes the bonding layer surrounding three sides other than a front side, namely a left side, a right side, and a rear side, of the non-bonding region. Notches are located on a left side and a right side of the front end portion and overlap extension lines of boundary between the non-bonding and the bonding region.
Power Conversion Apparatus and Electric Vehicle
The metallic case of a power conversion apparatus includes a casing having a side wall, as well as an upper case and a lower case, a first area being formed between a cooling jacket provided at the inner periphery of the side wall and the lower case, the metal base plate dividing the first area between the cooling jacket and the upper case into a lower side second area and an upper side third area, first and second power modules being fastened to a top surface and a capacitor module being provided in the first area, driving circuits that drive inverter circuits of the power modules respectively being provided in the second area, and a control circuit that controls the driver circuits being provided in the third area.
Substrate holding structure
Disclosed is a substrate holding structure including: a cylindrical side wall portion that forms an accommodating space; a holding wall portion protruding inward of the accommodating space from the side wall portion; a plurality of press fit terminals held by the holding wall portion, protruding toward an opening of the side wall portion, and pressedly inserted into holes of a substrate accommodated in the accommodating space; and a flexible arm portion protruding toward the opening from a position closer to the side wall portion than the press fit terminals of the holding wall portion, have flexibility, and having a hook portion configured to lock a surface on the opening side of the substrate, wherein distal end positions of the press fit terminals and the arm portion are closer to the holding wall portion than an end surface on the opening side of the side wall portion.
Printed Circuit Board And Sensor
A printed circuit board having conductor tracks formed on one side of a substrate. The substrate is able to be cohesively bonded at a contact face to a cover for protecting the conductor tracks. In this case, the substrate includes a step, which forms a barrier with respect to an auxiliary material for promoting the cohesive bond, in order to prevent any wetting of the conductor tracks with the auxiliary material. A sensor having a printed circuit board for use in a fuel filling level measurement system of a vehicle.
CONNECTOR STRUCTURE
A connector structure may include a case and a connector. The case may include a case body accommodating an electronic substrate arranged therein and a cover structured to close an opening of the case body. The connector may include a terminal part supporting a plurality of terminals and a housing including a tubular part surrounding a plurality of tip end sides of the plurality of terminals. The terminal part may be structured as a separate component from the housing. The terminal part may be fixed on the electronic substrate. The housing may be integrally coupled to the cover. The terminal part and the housing may respectively include a plurality of positioning parts positioning the terminal part and the housing relative to each other.
