SUPPORTING ASSEMBLY
A supporting assembly configured to fix chassis of electronic device to fixing bracket. Supporting assembly includes plate body, cushion, fastener and spacer. Plate body includes mounting hole and wall surface forming mounting hole, and plate body is configured to be fixed to chassis of electronic device. Cushion is disposed through mounting hole and includes opening. Fastener is disposed through opening of cushion. A side of fastener is configured to be fixed to fixing bracket, and cushion is clamped between another side of fastener and fixing bracket so as to be compressed. Spacer is disposed in mounting hole and located between wall surface of plate body and cushion. Hardness of spacer is greater than hardness of cushion.
System and method for occupancy based management of distributed systems
Methods, systems, and devices for providing computer implemented services using managed systems are disclosed. To provide the computer implemented services, the managed systems may be deployed to a location and operate in a predetermined manner conducive to, for example, execution of applications that provide the computer implemented services. When deployed to a location, the managed systems may be housed in a managed system frame. The managed system frames may include systems to guide placement of managed system in preferred frame units, remotely identify occupancy of the frame units, and/or the frame units against unexpected removals of or insertion of devices in the frame units.
Electronic control device
An electronic control device includes a housing that stores a substrate on which an electronic component is mounted, a first capacitance unit formed between the housing and the electronic component, and a second capacitance unit formed between the housing and the substrate, in which a noise transmission path is formed between the housing and the substrate via the first capacitance unit and the second capacitance unit.
Engagement structure of cover and block member, electronic component module, electrical connection box, and wire harness
An engagement structure includes a cover having an opening portion, a block member inserted into the opening portion, an engagement mechanism configured to engage the block member with the opening portion, and an engagement stabilization mechanism configured to stabilize an engagement state of the engagement mechanism. The engagement stabilization mechanism includes a first stabilization mechanism and a second stabilization mechanism. The first stabilization mechanism permits excessive insertion due to backlash that occurs in the engagement mechanism and to restore the excessive insertion after the block member is engaged with the opening portion. The second stabilization mechanism performs a slide engagement between the block member and the opening portion and to restrict a wall inner surface of the cover from moving away from an outer surface of a side portion of the block member after the slide engagement is completed.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL COMPONENT BRACKET
An object is to provide an electronic control component bracket that is less likely to cause a high acceleration (high-speed vibration). An electronic control component bracket 1 includes a bottom portion on which a plurality of elastic pieces configured to press a lower surface of an electronic control component upward are provided, and abutting stop portions configured to abut, from above, against the electronic control component that is pressed upward. The plurality of elastic pieces are provided such that, when vertical vibration is applied in a state in which the electronic control component is assembled, the amplitude of at least one elastic piece is larger than that of another elastic piece.
SENSOR DEVICE AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
Disclosed herein are devices, methods, and methods of making devices for facilitating condition monitoring of machinery allowing improve efficiencies and increased lifetime of the machinery while also reducing maintenance. In one embodiment, a device includes an enclosure assembly and a printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. The enclosure assembly includes a cap, a base mechanically coupled with the cap, and a support bracket mechanically coupled with the base. The PCB assembly includes a processor, a memory coupled with the processor, a first sensor electrically coupled with the processor, a second sensor electrically coupled with the processor, and a communication interface electrically coupled with the processor. The device, when installed, may generally form a shape of a tapered cylinder having a maximum height of 2.1 inches and a maximum diameter of 1.2 inches.
Modular packaging for rugged electronics enclosures
A cabinet enclosure for mounting to a vehicle and providing an inner cavity isolated from a surrounding environment. The cabinet enclosure includes a removable module including a frame and a plurality of mounts on the frame for receiving an electrical component. A housing defines the inner cavity and includes a plurality of predefined mounting locations within the inner cavity configured to receive the removable module. The housing is configured to protect the inner cavity from exposure to moisture, heat, vibration and/or electromagnetic forces. An interface element secures the housing to a vehicle.
Electrical pop out device
An electrical pop out device has an shroud and a pop out housing configured to be inside the shroud in a retracted position and to extend outside the shroud in an extended position. A guidance mechanism connects the pop out housing with the shroud and allows movement of the pop out housing with respect to the shroud between a retracted position and an extended position. The electrical pop out device includes an electrical connection for powering an electrical/electronic device in the pop out housing and/or charging a battery of the electrical/electronic device in the pop out housing. The electrical pop out device may also include audio, video and/or data connections for the electrical/electronic device in the pop out housing. In some embodiments, the electrical/electronic device is portable and the pop out housing is detachable from the shroud.
Electronic Control Device
There is provided an electronic control device fixed to an in-vehicle device to be controlled. The electronic control device is a unit that includes a base attached to the in-vehicle device, a case fixed to the base, a circuit board held by the case, and an electronic component mounted on the circuit board. At least one of the case and the base is made of a resin, the case and the base are fixed with a plurality of fixing screws, and the case and the base are fixed by an adhesive disposed away from the plurality of fixing screws.
