Electrical device and grounding method for such a device

An electrical device includes a housing that is intended to be mounted on a rail, and a monitoring and/or control module including a printed circuit board. In the configuration in which the electrical device is mounted on the rail, at least one ground terminal of the printed circuit board is permanently electrically connected to the rail by elastic mechanical bearing on and direct electrical contact with a connecting element, itself elastically mechanically bearing on and making direct electrical contact with the rail or with an elastic blocking member for elastically blocking the housing on the rail.

Crossbar mechanism for coupling to fixture

Shelves or other fixtures may be used to support items at a facility. Weighing modules including load cells may be used at the fixtures to acquire weight data indicative of changes to the fixture as items are added or removed from the fixture. Weighing modules may be modular and repositionable with respect to a modular crossbar that provides electrical power and data connectivity. This allows for the fixtures to be easily reconfigured to accommodate items of different sizes.

Motor

The purpose of the invention is to provide a motor in which it is possible to efficiently construct a structure wherein a terminal part of a motor body is covered by a terminal cover. This terminal cover (7) is a resin molded article integrally including a first member (8) fixed to a motor body (40), a second member (9) that covers the first member (8), and a hinge part (70). Thus, the first member (8) and the second member (9) can be engaged with one another by first fixing the first member (8) to the motor body (40), and then rotating the second member (9) at the hinge part (70) and covering the first member (8) with the second member (9). Thus, the number of components can be reduced compared to cases where the first member (8) and the second member (9) are constructed as separate members, and the task of attaching the second member (9) to the first member (8) can be performed efficiently.

Fixture with brackets, crossbar mechanism, and weighing module

Shelves or other fixtures may be used to support items at a facility. There is disclosed a motor vehicle electronic control unit casing. The casing includes a housing (1) for electronic components, and a cover (15). The housing and cover (15) are inter-engageable. The housing (1) has a base (2), and an upstanding peripheral side wall (3) defining a peripheral edge (4) in spaced relation to the base (2) and which extends around an access opening of the housing. The cover (15) has a closure part (16) and is configured to close the access opening via engagement between the closure part (16) and the housing (1) around the peripheral edge (4). The cover (15) also has a mounting portion configured to be mounted to a mounting surface (27) in a motor vehicle. The mounting portion depends from the closure part (16) so as to extend substantially alongside the peripheral sidewall of the housing (1) when the housing and the cover (15) are inter-engaged to close the access opening, the mounting portion thereby being configured to secure the housing relative to the mounting surface (27) such that the peripheral edge (4) is spaced from the mounting surface (27).

An optical sensor housing includes a sensor housing body including an enclosure wall upstanding from a bottom portion and a substantially open top portion defining a cavity in which the optical sensor assembly is located, one or more apertures, and one or more engaging parts projecting orthogonally from an outside surface of the sensor housing body, a sensor housing cover including an open central portion, one or more integrally molded compliant flanges configured to engage the sensor housing body engaging part and to secure the sensor housing cover to the sensor housing body, and longitudinal ridges extending outwardly and disposed substantially along the length of the sensor housing cover. The sensor housing engaging parts and flanges can provide a quick-lock mechanism operable to secure the sensor housing cover to the sensor housing body without the use of tools or fasteners.

The holding pin has an inclined approach surface having a height that is increased as extending in an assembling direction, and a holding surface formed to regulate the side support component from moving in the assembling direction and to oppose an inner peripheral surface of the through hole when the holding pin is fitted to the through hole. A height of a top part of the holding surface is more than or equal to a height of a top part of the inclined approach surface.
