A component mounting system for handling a carrier tape roll body to be extracted from a reel and housed in a case, the carrier tape roll body including a roll body formed by winding a carrier tape in a roll shape and a memory that is provided on the carrier tape and enables reading and writing by wireless communication, includes: an identification information generator that generates identification information to be used to distinguish a component sealed in the carrier tape of the carrier tape roll body housed in the case from a component sealed in another carrier tape; and a writing unit that writes the identification information generated by the identification information generator into a memory.
COMPONENT MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND COMPONENT MANAGEMENT METHOD
Provided are a roll body extractor that extracts roll bodies from reels and store the roll bodies in cases having radio tags, respectively, and a storage warehouse that includes a plurality of storage positions for storing the cases storing the roll bodies. Furthermore, provided are a reading unit that acquires component information, an identification information generator that generates identification information for identifying a component, a writing unit that writes the component information and the identification information in the radio tag, and a contactless reader that reads the identification information written in the radio tag. Further, the component information written in the radio tag and the identification information are stored in association with each other, and storage position information generated by specifying the storage position and the identification information read by the contactless reader are stored in association with each other.

A periphery monitoring device monitors a safety area set in a periphery of the automated replacement device to stop an operation of the automated replacement device in an emergency manner when a person or an obstacle is detected in the safety area and alarm device sounds an alarm to notify that the automated replacement device is moving, in which the periphery monitoring device is switched such that a range of the safety area during the movement of the automated replacement device is smaller than a range of the safety area during the automated replacement operation.

COMPONENT SUPPLY DEVICE
A component supply device includes an introduction sprocket that rotates with an outer peripheral pin engaged with a feed hole of a carrier tape on a conveyance path, thereby conveying the carrier tape, and a wheel that has a plurality of recesses on an outer periphery, and receives the outer peripheral pin of the rotating introduction sprocket by the recess to rotate in accordance with rotation of the introduction sprocket. A contact surface of the outer peripheral pin contacting an inner surface of the recess and a contacted surface with which the outer peripheral pin contacts out of the inner surface of the recess are both formed of flat surfaces, and the contact surface and the contacted surface come into line contact with each other.

A board manufacturing system includes an autonomous mobile cart configured to transport an object used in board work devices of a mounting line, a robot arm provided on the autonomous mobile cart and configured to transport the object used in the board work devices to the board work devices, and a controller provided in the autonomous mobile cart and configured or programmed to control driving of the robot arm. The controller is configured or programmed to control the driving of the robot arm such that the robot arm transports the object used in the board work devices into and out of the board work devices within a movable range of a working unit in the board work devices in a plan view.

A component mounting system includes multiple component mounting lines where multiple component mounters and a feeder storage are aligned along a board conveyance direction, a feeder exchange device configured to move along the board conveyance direction to exchange the feeder between the component mounter and the feeder storage of the component mounting line in charge, and a memory device. The feeder exchange device is configured to store an in-process feeder in the feeder storage of the component mounting line in charge, when it is determined, based on production information and feeder information, that there is the in-process feeder that was used in the component mounting line in charge and is scheduled to be used in another component mounting line.

An electronic component supply apparatus (1) includes a reel apparatus (2) and a tape processing apparatus (3). The reel apparatus (2) has a tape reel (8) with a component stored tape (100) wound thereon, the component stored tape (100) having electronic components (105) stored therein. The tape processing apparatus (3) has an electronic component exposure unit (18) that exposes the electronic components (105), that are stored in the component stored tape fed from the reel apparatus (2), so as to be taken out from the component stored tape. The reel apparatus (2) is detachable from the tape processing apparatus (3).

A component mounting system includes a component mounter that mounts a component in a board, a tape feeder (component feeder) that is placed in the component mounter and supplies the component, and a mobile component supply device that holds a tape cassette (container) storing a component, automatically moves, and supplies the component in the tape cassette (container) to the tape feeder (component feeder).
