A display device includes: a display panel including panel terminals; and a wiring substrate including first substrate terminals coupled to the panel terminals. The panel terminals include panel terminals arranged in a first region and panel terminals arranged in second regions sandwiching the first region. The first substrate terminals include first substrate terminals arranged in a third region and first substrate terminals arranged in fourth regions sandwiching the third region. A gap between panel terminals is substantially constant in the first and second regions. A first width of the panel terminals in the first region is different from a second width of the panel terminals in the second regions. A width of the first substrate terminals is substantially constant in the third and fourth regions. A first gap between first substrate terminals in the third region is different from a second gap between first substrate terminals in the fourth regions.
Electronic package and method for fabricating the same
An electronic package and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The method includes stacking an antenna board on a circuit board, and disposing between the antenna board and the circuit board a supporting body securing the antenna board and the circuit board. As such, during a packaging process, the distance between the antenna board and the circuit board is kept unchanged due to the supporting body, thus ensuring that the antenna board operates properly and improving the product yield.
ADHESIVE FILM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An adhesive film includes a base material layer, an adhesive resin layer (A) provided on a first surface side of the base material layer, and an adhesive resin layer (B) provided on a second surface side of the base material layer and of which an adhesive force is reduced by an external stimulus. When a mass of the adhesive film after heating and drying at 130° C. for 30 minutes is defined as W1 and the mass of the adhesive film after the heated and dried adhesive film is left for 24 hours at 25° C. under an atmosphere of 50% RH to absorb water is defined as W2, an average water absorption rate indicated by 100×(W2−W1)/W1 is 0.90% by mass or less.
Wiring board, electronic device, and electronic module
A wiring board includes an insulating substrate, at least one external electrode disposed on a first surface of the insulating substrate, and wiring that is disposed in the insulating substrate and that is electrically connected to the at least one external electrode. The wiring includes a portion where an extension direction of the wiring is inclined relative to the first surface of the insulating substrate.

On the plane, about 70-90% of the area of the first support part is overlapped with the second electronic part.
Multilayer ceramic capacitor
In a multilayer ceramic capacitor, an interposer includes, on a side of a first external electrode in a length direction, a first through conductive portion that penetrates the interposer in a stacking direction, and provides electrical conduction between a first joining electrode and a first mounting electrode. The interposer includes, on a side of a second external electrode in the length direction, a second through conductive portion that penetrates the interposer in the stacking direction, and provides electrical conduction between a second joining electrode and a second mounting electrode. The first joining electrode includes a first portion that covers a portion of a first interposer end surface on the one side in the length direction of the interposer. The second joining electrode includes a second portion that covers a portion of a second interposer end surface on the other side in the length direction of the interposer.

A display device including: a display module including a display panel for displaying an image and a circuit board connected to the display panel; a support plate disposed on a surface of the display module; and a conductive adhesive film disposed between the circuit board and the support plate, the conductive adhesive film including: a double-sided adhesive film fixed to a surface of the support plate and a surface of the circuit board; and a single-sided adhesive film fixed to one of the surface of the support plate and the surface of the circuit board.

An example sensor interposer employing castellated through-vias formed in a PCB includes a planar substrate defining a plurality of castellated through-vias; a first electrical contact formed on the planar substrate and electrically coupled to a first castellated through-via; a second electrical contact formed on the planar substrate and electrically coupled to a second castellated through-via, the second castellated through-via electrically isolated from the first castellated through-via; and a guard trace formed on the planar substrate, the guard trace having a first portion formed on a first surface of the planar substrate and electrically coupling a third castellated through-via to a fourth castellated through-via, the guard trace having a second portion formed on a second surface of the planar substrate and electrically coupling the third castellated through-via to the fourth castellated through-via, the guard trace formed between the first and second electrical contacts to provide electrical isolation between the first and second electrical contacts.
ADAPTER BOARD AND METHOD FOR MAKING ADAPTER BOARD
Disclosure provides an adapter board and a method for making the adapter board, which includes providing a mold in which a plurality of first fixing plates and second fixing plates are provided, providing a plurality of wires sequentially passed through the plurality of first fixing plates and the second fixing plate, injecting a non-conductive material into the cavity to form a body, and cutting the body along both sides of the first fixing plates and the second fixing plates to obtain a plurality of board bodies. The first fixing plates are provided with a plurality of first fixing holes, and the second fixing plates are provided with a plurality of second fixing holes. The board body includes a first surface and a second surface. A plurality of first connection pads are formed on the first surface, and a plurality of second connection pads are formed on the second surface.
