A stacking structure is applicable to manufacturing a circuit board. The stacking structure includes a transferring layer and a dielectric layer disposed on the transferring layer. The transferring layer includes a substrate and a thin film disposed on the substrate and having a plurality of recess structures thereon. The recess structures are connected as a single piece and bottom portions and top portions of the recess structures are configured to arrange in a staggered manner to form a multi-dimensional arrangement. At least a portion of the dielectric layer being is located in the recess structures, such that the dielectric layer is at least embedded with the recess structures.

A component carrier includes a stack having at least one electrically insulating layer structure and/or at least one electrically conductive layer structure; a heat removing and electrically conductive base structure; a component which is connected to the base structure so as to at least partially protrude from the base structure and so as to be laterally at least partially covered by an electrically insulating material of the stack; and an electrically conductive top structure on or above a top main surface of the component. The component carriers have (a) fully cured electrically insulating material originating from at least one electrically insulating layer structure of the component carrier and circumferentially surrounding the stepped component assembly and/or (b) an undercut in a transition region between a narrow recess and a wide recess of the stepped cavity. A manufacturing method of tape includes the steps of providing a tape including substrate units, providing a die device and a cutting and/or pressing process. Each of the substrate units includes a carrier, a circuit layer, an adhesive and a heat spreader, the heat spreader is attached onto the carrier by the adhesive. In the cutting and/or pressing process, the die device is provided to press the tape to generate separation protrusions on the heat spreader and allow the separation protrusions to protrude from a heat dissipation surface of the heat spreader. When rolling the tape, the separation protrusions can separate the stacked substrate units to prevent the adhesive from being squeezed out to contaminate the tape.

The method includes applying a UV laminate or thermoset laminate to the metal foil or the circuitry pattern reel to reel, and then apply a UV radiation or heat to the laminate. There can be an optional enclosure connected to a suction source. The enclosure can have a flexible bladder that physically compresses the laminate.

The electronic component includes an electrode. The electronic component is disposed in the through cavity. The dielectric material layer is at least filled in the through cavity. The connection circuit layer covers and contacts the conductive member and the electrode. A manufacturing method of an embedded component structure is also provided.
