CIRCUIT BOARD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A circuit board includes at least two circuit board units stacked together. Each circuit board unit includes a substrate and a circuit layer. The substrate defines a conductive hole penetrating therethrough. The conductive hole provided with a conductor therein. One side of the substrate further defines a groove, the groove including a concave portion aligned with the conductive hole. The circuit layer includes a connection pad located in the concave portion. The connection pad is shaped as a conductive protrusion, which surrounds and is electrically connected to the conductor. The circuit layer is located in the groove, and the conductive hole is electrically connecting the circuit layers of the circuit board units.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BONDING ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS ON SUBSTRATES WITH ROUGH SURFACES
Systems and methods for bonding an electronic component to substrate with a rough surface. The method comprising: disposing an insulating adhesive on the substrate; applying heat and pressure to the insulating adhesive to cause the adhesive to flow into at least one opening formed in the substrate; curing the insulating adhesive to form a pad that is at least partially embedded in the substrate and comprises a planar smooth surface that is exposed; disposing at least one trace on the planar smooth surface of the pad; depositing an anisotropic conductive material on the pad so as to at least cover the at least one trace; placing the electronic component on the pad so that an electrical coupling is formed between the electronic component and the at least one trace; and bonding the electronic component to the substrate by curing the anisotropic conductive material.
CIRCUIT BOARD WITH EMBEDDED ELECTRONIC COMPONENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A method for manufacturing a circuit board with nickel resistor embedded therein provides a copper substrate, the copper substrate includes a copper foil. A nickel resistance layer is formed on the copper foil. A first dielectric layer and a first copper layer are formed on the nickel resistance layer. The copper foil and the first copper layer are etched to form a first conductive wiring layer and a second conductive wiring layer respectively, the nickel layer not being subjected to an etching process, to obtain the finished circuit board.

The present application discloses a light-emitting device including a first support structure having a first surface, a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged on the first surface, and a first adhesive layer arranged on the first support structure. Each light-emitting element has a side wall, a bottom surface, a first electrode pad, and a second electrode pad arranged on the bottom surface. The first adhesive layer surrounds the side wall and does not directly contact the bottom surface. The first support structure includes a plurality of through holes located on positions corresponding to the first electrode pad and the second electrode pad.
Metal strip and coil coating process
A metal strip and a coil coating process for multilayer coating of an endless metal strip are disclosed in which a curable polymer primer is applied to a flat side of the metal strip with the aid of a roller application in order to form an electrically insulating primer layer, a curable polymer varnish is applied to this primer layer with the aid of a roller application and cured in order to form an electrically insulating varnish layer, and at least one electric conductor layer is printed at least in some areas between the primer layer and the varnish layer. In order to enable a stable and inexpensive electrical functionalization of a metal strip, it is proposed that an electrically polarizable layer be applied to at least some regions of the electric conductor layer and that the electric conductor layer and electrically polarizable layer be applied by means of a wet-on-wet process.
CIRCUIT BOARD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a circuit board, which includes: (1) providing a substrate, forming a through hole in the substrate; (2) filling the through hole with a conductor to form a conductive hole; (3) providing a peelable film to cover the substrate; (4) forming a groove by laser, the groove including a concave portion; (5) performing a surface treatment on a wall of the groove; (6) removing the peelable film; (7) forming a seed layer; (8) making a circuit layer to obtain a circuit board unit, the circuit layer including a connection pad, the connection pad shaped as a conductive protrusion which surrounds and is electrically connected to the conductor; (9) repeating step (1) to step (8) at least once; and (10) laminating the circuit board units. The disclosure also provides a circuit board.
WIRING CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLY SHEET AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF
A wiring circuit board assembly sheet is partitioned by a product region in which a plurality of wiring circuit boards serving as products are disposed in alignment and a margin region surrounding the product region with the margin region having a first area adjacent to the product region and a second area located at the opposite side of the product region with respect to the first area. The wiring circuit board assembly sheet includes a dummy wiring circuit board disposed in at least a portion of the first area and smaller than the wiring circuit board.

A circuit formation method includes: a protruding portion formation step of forming a protruding portion by applying a curable viscous fluid onto a base and curing the curable viscous fluid; a wiring formation step of forming a wiring extending toward the protruding portion by applying a metal-containing liquid containing nanometer-sized metal fine particles onto a base and making the metal-containing liquid conductive; a paste application step of applying a resin paste containing micrometer-sized metal particles different from the metal-containing liquid on the protruding portion and the wiring, such that the protruding portion and the wiring are connected to each other; and a component placement step of placing a component having an electrode on the base, such that the electrode is in contact with the resin paste applied on the protruding portion.
