The Spring Impact Boxing Dummy is the only product of its kind that utilizes springs on a target to accurately depict a real life fighting experience to improve strike precision and exactitude. The disclosure is uniquely designed to resemble a human body and face and can be simply mounted onto any wall based on user preferences; therefore, providing users an effective means to train, burn calories in an effort to get in the best shape of their lives. A mount supports springs having a spring force set to a weight of a user of the boxing dummy. A frame is attached to the mount via the springs. The frame includes adjustable tracks for a height adjustment relative to the mount. The boxing dummy includes pads near a head and hands of the boxing dummy and is attached to the frame via the plates.

The punching bag having two sections is a physical training apparatus. The punching bag having two sections is adapted for use in training participants in combat sports. The punching bag having two sections presents a plurality of targets that are struck during training activities. The punching bag having two sections incorporates a plurality of punching bags, an internal fastener, and a harness. The internal fastener interconnect the plurality of punching bags. The harness limits the motion of a first punching bag selected from the plurality of punching bags relative to a second punching bag selected from the plurality of punching bags. Each of the plurality of punching bags forms a target selected from the plurality of targets.

In accordance with a version of the invention, a martial arts training device is provided which allows solitary training, particularly with regard to clinch training. In certain versions of the application, the martial arts training device generally comprises: a base assembly having a top; a primary spring affixed to the top of the base assembly, the primary spring having a top and a bottom; a torso body assembly; a vertical adjustment assembly adapted to vertically translate the torso body assembly between a downward position and an upward position; and at least one bidirectional spring-biased assembly for yieldably maintaining the torso body assembly in a default resting position.

An interactive boxing trainer having a boxing object and a trainer is provided. An accelerometer is installed in the boxing head of the boxing object so that the acceleration of the boxing head can be sensed, and the force applied onto the boxing head, including its strength and direction, can be calculated accordingly. A punching-training device includes a support body, having a seat end and an assembling end; a punching mechanism, including a plurality of punched members which are freely rotatable and separately mounted to the assembling end; wherein the assembling end includes small diameter shafts on which the punched members are rotatably mounted and are smaller than the seat end; the assembling end further includes a supporting rod, at least one interposed member and a stop portion, a first one of the small diameter shafts is connected between the supporting rod and the at least one interposed member, a second one of the small diameter shafts is arranged at an end of the at least one interposed member, and the stop portion is detachably connected at an end of the second one of the small diameter shafts.

A method for interactive exercising comprises performing punches to a target portion or throws of throwing implements to a target portion by an athlete and setting the exercising complexity.

Embodiments of the method and device for implementing thereof provide for simulating motions of a sparring partner by producing the target portion forced oscillations of various types: periodic, and/or damped, and/or aperiodic, and adjusting the target portion forced oscillation parameters, for displacing and swinging the target portion when any objects approaching the target portion are detected, and for adjusting the time of response to an approaching object.

A martial arts training apparatus includes an adjustable length pole to be supported between a ceiling and a floor in a generally vertical orientation. A plurality of rotatable collars are provided on the pole. Arms extend from the collars and are free to rotate in opposite directions around the pole when struck to provide targets for striking and to mimic an opponent's limbs to be blocked or dodged. A static strike target may be provided on the pole. The apparatus can be configured to support a double end speed bag from one of the arms such that the double end speed bag moves in a dynamic unpredictable manner when struck. A support arm may be provided to connect the top arm to a lower collar to provide additional support of the double end speed bag.

A training appliance to practice combat sports, contact sports or grappling sports, includes a punching bag having an envelope including a closing wall forming a bottom wall at the lower end thereof, and a second closing wall at the top end. The appliance includes a horizontal base for supporting the bag on the ground, that can be immobilized on the ground and on which the punching bag rests, by the wall thereof. A mechanical connection is established between the base and the wall, authorizing the pivoting movement of the bag around the point of contact between the wall and the sole. The bag also includes at least one unit for returning same to the vertical position.

A training pad is provided including a flexible resilient shaft having a first end and a second end. A handle portion is provided adjacent the first end of the shaft and a padded member is mounted adjacent the second end of the shaft. A guard is provided having a first end connected to the first end of the shaft and a second end connected to the shaft on a side of the handle portion adjacent the padded member.
