Disclosed is a training device having a joint function suitable for training various complex motions for various body parts such as an arm, a leg, a head, and a trunk for training martial arts, which includes: a shaft; a joint having a diameter larger than that of the shaft and disposed at one end portion of the shaft; a joint support contacting the joint and elastically supporting the joint; and a shaft support elastically supporting an outer side of the shaft at the one end portion of the shaft.

A free standing fight simulation workout machine has a fight simulation headed/multi-headed, with or without arms, member that is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. An underwater striking bag device includes a bag having an annular upper compartment disposed in an upper section of the bag and receiving air therein, a neck extending through the upper section and communicating with a lower compartment receiving water therein, a removable cap connected to the neck, an air valve connected to the annular upper compartment to provide for filling air into said upper compartment, at least one handle connected to the bag for assisting in filling and removal of water into the lower water compartment.

An explosion-proof hitting ball and a training device including the same are provided, wherein the explosion-proof hitting ball includes: a tubular member made of plastic material and including an outer wall; and a ball member made of explosion-proof material and including a tubular wall and a ball wall, the tubular wall and the ball wall being transverse and connected to each other to form a chamber, the tubular wall being disposed around the tubular member and integrally connected to the outer wall by melting-connection.

An adjustable declined exercise bench and adjustable punching or striking attachments for the exercise bench that attach to the upper end of the bench. The bench is segmented into an upper stationary end segment and a lower pivotable end segment. The lower end segment of the bench where the user's back or will rest can swivel with the movement of the user's torso. Movement of the lower segment of the bench is in opposition to a resistance band that keeps the lower segment under tension and tends to hold the lower segment in an aligned position relative to the upper segment of the bench.

A free standing fight simulation workout machine with a fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus includes a multi-headed member having at least one head attached to at least one abdomen and at least one arm having a glove appending member. Preferably, multiple heads are attached to multiple abdomens with multiple arm pairs to provide different punch configurations for the user to strike at. Systems and methods for using a lightweight training bag assembly and apparatus provide the punch-feel of common heavy, ceiling-mounted punching bags. Unwanted motion, sound, and other undesirable side-effects associated with existing punching bag designs are successfully avoided. Various embodiments accomplish this by isolating a supporting base from the impact of a punch by using a flexible shaft assembly that translates an angular motion of a shaft into a lateral motion.
