Universal heavy bag attachment kit
An attachment kit for a heavy bag includes a securing strap having a length between a first end and a second end and a securing mechanism that retains the securing strap about a perimeter of the heavy bag. The kit includes a plurality of connecting straps, each of the plurality of connecting straps having a length between a first connecting end and a second connecting end, wherein the first connecting end is positioned about the securing strap. The kit includes a tether having a top end and a bottom end, the top end couples to each of the second connecting ends of the plurality of connecting straps and a bottom end is couples to an anchor. When the securing strap is secured about a perimeter of the heavy bag and the tether is secured to the anchor, movement of a lower end of the heavy bag is limited.
Martial arts trainer with rotating arms
A martial arts training apparatus includes an adjustable length pole to be supported between a ceiling and a floor in a generally vertical orientation. A plurality of rotatable collars are provided on the pole. Arms extend from the collars and are free to rotate in opposite directions around the pole when struck to provide targets for striking and to mimic an opponent's limbs to be blocked or dodged. A static strike target may be provided on the pole. The apparatus can be configured to support a double end speed bag from one of the arms such that the double end speed bag moves in a dynamic unpredictable manner when struck. A support arm may be provided to connect the top arm to a lower collar to provide additional support of the double end speed bag.

A training device comprising a flexible rod capable of being mounted at an upper end to an upper structure, such as a ceiling, and at a lower end to a lower structure, such as a floor, and a punching bag mounted to the flexible rod. The flexible rod may be capable of deformation followed by a quick return to an original position when the punching bag is struck.

A padded punching surface incorporating elastic roping connected to a frame which allows the punching surface to be struck with a force of impact by a user so as to minimize swinging of the punching surface. The apparatus is an improvement on existing punching bags which enables easier convenient and more realistic combat training for athletes and users. The amount of swing for the punching surface can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the elastic roping. The punching surface can include an attached head shaped surface for more realism.
