Sports apparatus
A sports apparatus comprising a boxing body, a boxing body receptacle, and a holding apparatus for holding the boxing body receptacle, wherein the holding apparatus and the boxing body receptacle are designed to hold the boxing body in a starting position, wherein the holding apparatus and the boxing body are designed such that the boxing body can be displaced, in particular elastically, out of the starting position by the action of a boxing punch, and is then returned to the starting position. The sports apparatus also comprises an output apparatus which is designed to selectively output user information to the user of the sports apparatus.

Multi-head, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus for use with a slip and counter fight simulation / workout machine or stand alone device for fight simulation
A free standing fight simulation workout machine with a fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed apparatus includes a multi-headed member having at least one head attached to at least one abdomen and at least one arm having a glove appending member. Preferably, multiple heads are attached to multiple abdomens with multiple arm pairs to provide different punch configurations for the user to strike at. The multi-headed, multi-abdomen, multi-armed provides various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.
Modular support assembly
A modular support assembly for hanging exercising and training apparatus includes a pair of vertical elements and a horizontal element. The horizontal element is configured to selectively engage upper ends of the vertical elements so that the two vertical elements extend perpendicularly and codirectionally from opposed ends of the horizontal element to a surface. Exercising or training apparatus can be hung from the horizontal element. The vertical elements are two of a plurality of vertical elements and the horizontal element is one of a plurality of horizontal elements. Each vertical element can selectively engage respective opposed ends of two horizontal elements so that the two horizontal elements extend perpendicularly from the upper end of the vertical element. The set of horizontal elements and the set of vertical elements thus are selectively positionable in a variety of rectangular configurations.
MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING TECHNOLOGY
The present invention relates to training devices of types commonly referred to as strike pads, strike mitts, focus mitts, strike dummies and double end bags, which are used in many forms of martial arts, self-defense, unarmed combat, fighting and fitness training. The strike head of the invention is a martial arts, fighting and fitness training device in the shape of an anatomically accurate human head that provides realistic size, surface features and yield characteristics for highly accurate, targeted and dynamic hand strikes, arm strikes and kicks. The device can be held in place for the training athlete through various means including; 1) an integrated internal handle oriented to afford the holder an ergonomically advantageous shape, contour and orientation, 2) a double end rope suspended from the floor and ceiling, and/or 3) a fixation attached to a floor, wall or overhead mounted post or armature.
ATHLETIC SPORTS TRAINING STRIKING PAD
A contact sport, primarily football, a striking pad that is suspended from a frame by straps is described herein. The tension of the straps allows the striking pad to be suspended on frames beside or above the pad providing versatility in frames for which to use.
Sport training bag attachment
A training bag attachment for a suspended heavy bag for training boxing techniques, specifically but not limited an upper cut that requires an elevated and preferably suspended target. The training bag attachment provides a human head analog target representation, flexible resistant to impact. The target head bag extends from a resilient adjustable mounting assembly which is selectively secured to the bag's target. The target provides for automatic resilient return displacement after impact, affording a user multiple continuous resetting target configuration.

MARTIAL ARTS TRAINER WITH ROTATING ARMS
A martial arts training apparatus includes an adjustable length pole to be supported between a ceiling and a floor in a generally vertical orientation. A plurality of rotatable collars are provided on the pole. Arms extend from the collars and are free to rotate in opposite directions around the pole when struck to provide targets for striking and to mimic an opponent's limbs to be blocked or dodged. A static strike target may be provided on the pole. The apparatus can be configured to support a double end speed bag from one of the arms such that the double end speed bag moves in a dynamic unpredictable manner when struck. A support arm may be provided to connect the top arm to a lower collar to provide additional support of the double end speed bag.
Multi-Headed, Multi-Abdomen, Multi-Armed Apparatus For Use With A Slip And Counter Fight Simulation / Workout Machine Or Stand Alone Device For Fight Simulation
A free standing fight simulation workout machine has a fight simulation headed/multi-headed, with or without arms, member that is adapted to be used in conjunction with a slip and counter fight simulation apparatus or stand alone apparatus. The fight simulation headed member for a free standing fight simulation workout apparatus has at least one main support structure having a mounting means. The headed member comprises at least one head terminating at an elongated neck. When present, the arms are arranged to extend from or come out of different areas of said head, face and/or neck. Preferably, multiple heads are provided. The headed member includes a top mating mounting portion and the neck bottom includes a bottom mating mounting adapted to mount on bungee cords mounted through mounting means on the workout apparatus. The head or heads and protruding arms provide various angles adapted for a user to punch, knee, and/or do a flying knee.
