An organic light emitting diode (OLED) device structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The OLED device structure includes a base layer, an array segment film layer, an organic light emitting layer, a thin film packing layer, a touch layer, a polarizer, a cover glass, a composite material layer, and a foam copper foil layer. The OLED device structure can solve problems of low penetration rate, poor heat dissipation, buffer layers are easy to peel, and easy breakage in backplane layers of current OLED panels.

The present invention discloses a display panel and a method for manufacturing the same. The display panel includes a thin film transistor array layer, a light-emitting device layer, and a thermal thin film layer. By means of connecting in series at least one thermistor in a light-emitting loop constituted by a driving transistor and a light-emitting device, the display panel can reduce or eliminate an influence of temperature on an attenuation of luminous brightness, and can meet the industry-recognized life evaluation standards.

A display device includes: a display panel including a first area, a second area including an alignment mark, and a bending area disposed between the first and second areas and bent such that the second area is disposed under the first area; a heat radiating layer disposed between the first area and the second area; a spacer disposed between the heat radiating layer and the second area; and a light-blocking tape disposed between the heat radiating layer and the spacer and extending outside an edge of the spacer when viewed on a plane. The alignment mark overlaps the light-blocking tape when viewed on the plane.
ARRAY SUBSTRATE AND DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THEREOF
The present disclosure discloses an array substrate and a display device including thereof. The array substrate includes a substrate, a shield metal over the substrate and a thin film transistor including an active layer with a channel region over the shield metal and a thermal gradient portion in at least one of the shield metal, the active layer and the array substrate so as to lower a temperature of a first area of the channel region than a temperature of a second area of the channel region. A cooling zone between the channel region and the shield metal is defined by the thermal gradient portion. The array substrate and a display device including the array substrate including the thermal gradient portion that defines the cooling zone between the thin film transistor and the shield metal can improves Kink effect, maintain high driving voltage, increase on current and/or improve switching properties.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL AMBIENT LIGHT SENSOR PACKAGING
A touchscreen display device includes: a display; a flexible printed circuit; touch sensing electrodes connected to the flexible printed circuit; and a multi-functional ambient light sensor package mounted on the flexible printed circuit. The multi-functional ambient light sensor package includes: an ambient light sensor; transmitter and receiver circuitry connected to the touch sensing electrodes via the flexible printed circuit; and a controller configured to obtain capacitance information from the touch sensing electrodes and ambient light information from the ambient light sensor via a single chip. The multi-functional ambient light sensor package may be packaged as a wafer-level chip-scale package (WLCSP).

Embodiments of the present application provide a display device and a display terminal. A protective layer is disposed outside the display panel, and a plurality of heat dissipation capsules are dispersedly disposed in the protective layer. The heat dissipation capsules are provided with a phase change material. The phase change material can change the material state thereof and absorb a large amount of heat, thereby cooling the display device and the display terminal, solving the problem of difficult heat dissipation of the display device and the display terminal, and improving the image display quality.

The present disclosure provides a heat dissipation film, a display module, and an electronic device, relating to the field of displays. The heat dissipation film comprises an elastic cushion layer, a heat dissipation layer, and an isolation layer. The elastic cushion layer has a first fingerprint hole, the heat dissipation layer has a second fingerprint hole, and an orthographic projection of the first fingerprint hole on a first side surface is located in an orthographic projection of the second fingerprint hole on the first side surface. The isolation layer is located on the first side surface of the elastic cushion layer, the isolation layer has a third fingerprint hole, the orthographic projection of the first fingerprint hole on the first side surface at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the third fingerprint hole on the first side surface, and the surface of the isolation layer distant from the first side surface is non-adhesive. The isolation layer is located between a fingerprint module and the elastic cushion layer, and the surface of the isolation layer facing the fingerprint module is non-adhesive. When a screen of a display panel is pressed, even if the display panel deforms to drive the elastic cushion layer and the isolation layer to deform so that the isolation layer is in contact with the fingerprint module, the isolation layer is not adhered to the fingerprint module; when the isolation layer restores from deformation, the electronic device does not produce sound.

The flexible fingerprint recognition component includes a fingerprint recognition component in the opening area and a flexible heat dissipation component on the side, away from the display panel, of the fingerprint recognition component. The flexible heat dissipation component has a first portion covering the fingerprint identification component and a second portion extending from the first portion, and the second portion is in lap joint with the heat dissipation film on the edge of the windowing area.

The present disclosure provides a display. The display includes a display module, a supporting plate, and an evaporator. The display module has a front surface and a rear surface opposite the front surface of the display module. The supporting plate is attached to the rear surface of the display module. The evaporator is attached to the supporting plate and thermally connected to the rear surface of the display module through the supporting plate.
