The present invention provides a permanent magnet-electromagnet synergistic coupling-based high-speed solenoid valve with a high dynamic response and a low rebound, including a shell and an iron core. The iron core is installed in the shell, an axial center through hole is formed in a middle of the iron core, a spring limiting sleeve is installed in the axial center through hole, an armature and a reset spring cavity are sequentially formed below the iron core, an upper portion of a valve rod is located in the spring limiting sleeve, an upper disc permanent magnet, a lower disc permanent magnet and a spring washer are arranged in the spring limiting sleeve, and a giant magnetostrictor is installed between the upper disc permanent magnet and the lower disc permanent magnet. By means of the present invention, electromagnetic force generated during pickup of the armature can be effectively improved.

ACTUATOR

In an actuator, damper members which connect a movable member and a fixed member are arranged at two places between the end portion of the shaft of the movable member on an L1 side and the opening portion of the first holder of the fixed member and between the end portion of the shaft of the movable member on an L2 side and the opening portion of a second holder. Each of the damper members includes a gel damper member serving as a connection member which is continuously arranged in a gap in a radial direction between the movable member and the fixed member over the entire circumference. In the gel damper member, an inner circumferential portion is fixed to the shaft through a cylindrical first member, and an outer circumferential portion is fixed to the fixed member through a cylindrical second member.

A plate armature damping device for a tilting armature valve includes at least one damping body which can be fixed to a plate armature, with at least one damping material which, on an impact movement of the plate armature in the direction of a counter-element, is elastically deformable on impact on the counter-element. The at least one damping body has a geometric contour including at least one bulge on a surface of the at least one damping body facing the counter-element, which is configured such that, on the impact movement of the plate armature, the volume of the at least one damping body contributing to the damping increases.

The electromagnet has a dedicated mechanism for dampening the actuation movement of an anchor of the electromagnet toward a section of the coil, by means of which the actuation speed of the anchor can be reduced after a distance between a section of the anchor facing the coil and the section of the coil becomes shorter than a predefined distance. The mechanism for dampening comprises at least one component connected to the coil, which becomes functionally connected to the anchor after the distance becomes shorter than the defined distance, wherein, as the displacement of the anchor increases, liquid can be discharged from a chamber bordered by the component and the anchor via a throttle mechanism to an extent that reduces the actuation speed of the anchor.

The present disclosure provides a multi-stable solenoid with one or more magnetic damping rings. In general, the magnetic damping rings provide an increased damping force to an armature of the multi-stable solenoid to ensure efficient operation, reduce detent position overshoot, and reduce an impact force at end positions.

Actuator

An actuator and a tactile device are provided. In the actuator, a gel member is disposed in a portion where a support body and a movable body face each other. The gel member is attached to the movable body and the support body by a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer. The gel member includes a first portion and a second portion having a higher hardness than an intermediate portion on a first adhesive layer side and a second adhesive layer side from the intermediate portion. If the thicknesses of the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are changed, a spring constant of the gel member is changed. The first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are made to appropriate thicknesses. The gel member, the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are addition reaction types, and the base polymers thereof are the same.
