ELECTROMAGNETIC ACTUATING DEVICE FOR A VARIABLE VALVE DRIVE
An electromagnetic actuating device (8) is for a variable valve drive, in particular electromagnetic switching valve lever systems. The electromagnetic actuating device comprises a base plate (3), a housing which is secured to the base plate (3) and a coil. The housing is designed as a bracket housing (12) and can form part of the magnetic circuit.
Solenoid valve
A solenoid valve includes: a movable iron core; a molded solenoid body disposed outside the movable iron core in a radial direction; a solenoid case that accommodates the movable iron core and the molded solenoid body; and a stationary iron core disposed radially inside the molded solenoid body, and generates a magnetic force between the movable iron core and the stationary iron core when a coil is energized, the stationary iron core including a thin portion circumferentially formed and thinned in a circumferential direction, and a flange portion formed at a first axial end of the stationary iron core to extend outward in the radial direction.

Solenoid supervisory system
Systems and methods for a solenoid supervisory detection system which can detect the presence or absence of a solenoid plunger within a solenoid coil. These systems can be used to verify correct reassembly of a solenoid valve after it has been disassembled for testing.
ACTUATING DEVICE
An actuating device comprising at least one magnetic drive (12) with a solenoid coil (34) which, accommodated in a housing (10), generates heat during operation affecting the performance of the device, wherein said heat is dissipated at least partially into the environment as power loss via the housing (10), is disclosed, which is characterized in that, for improved heat dissipation, parts (40, 42) of the device consist of at least one special plastic material, which has a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.25 to 1.25 W/(m.Math.K).
Solenoid And Method Of Manufacture
A solenoid is provided having an improved connection arrangement. The solenoid includes external wires that are coupled to internal solenoid components via terminals. Further, a sealed solenoid is provided having a housing overmolded onto a solenoid subassembly. External wires can be coupled to the solenoid after overmolding. The solenoid may also include a cavity for receiving at least one of electrical component. The solenoid may also include a powdered metal core.
CENTRAL ACTUATOR FOR CAM PHASER
A central actuator for a magnet valve of a cam phaser, the central actuator including a housing that envelops the central actuator; a pole tube and a pole core that are arranged within at least one coil that generates a magnetic field; an actuation plunger that is arranged at an armature that is axially movable in a direction in an armature cavity; a closure element that closes the armature cavity, wherein the closure element includes at least one pole core insert that includes a central bore hole and a support bushing that is arranged in the central bore hole of the pole core insert, wherein the actuation plunger is supported axially movable in the support bushing, and wherein the closure element includes a closure cover and is provided as a pre-assembled module.
SOLENOID VALVE DEVICE
A solenoid valve unit has a breathing hole extending in a radial direction through a sleeve on a side of a solenoid portion and bringing a space, which is formed between an armature and a spool when the armature is at least in a predetermined region, into communication with the outside, a first opening facing a side of a valve portion and opening to the outside, a second opening opening to the outside, and a breathing channel in a solenoid case, the breathing channel communicating at an end thereof with the first opening and communicating at an opposite end thereof with the second opening.

HIGH PRESSURE VALVE
A high pressure valve includes a body on which is fixed an electromagnet, the shell of which has a radial discal part provided with a central hole connecting an internal opposite surface to an external surface. The body is provided with a cylindrical external centring surface and with a radial support surface. The shell is arranged on the body around the centring surface, the external discal surface being in surface contact against the support surface of the body. The coil of the electromagnet is arranged in the tubular space between the body and the shell itself closed by a closure ring. The liquid-tightness between the body and the shell is ensured by a gasket compressed by a wedging washer against the centring surface and against the internal discal surface. The shell is then immobilised on the body by the wedging washer.
