INDUCTOR
An inductor includes a wire and a magnetic layer which has a via, having an inner peripheral surface. On a cross-section across the via, a first point and a second point are located at one side and the other side in a direction in which the first principal surface extends and are kept 50 μm away from a first edge on one side of the inner peripheral surface in the thickness direction, and a third point and a fourth point are located at one side and the other side in the extending direction and are kept 50 μm away from a second edge on the other side of the inner peripheral surface in the thickness direction. An area of a quadrangle having all four points as vertices and an area of the molten solid inside the quadrangle are obtained, along with a percent (S1/S0×100) of the area.
Current-Compensated Inductor, Filter, High-Voltage On-Board Electrical System and Motor Vehicle
A current-compensated inductor for filtering interference signals which are transmitted between two high-voltage components of a high-voltage on-board electrical system of a motor vehicle, includes a toroidal, in particular circular ring-shaped or oval ring-shaped, magnet core which surrounds an inner opening, and has at least two busbars for electrically connecting the two high-voltage components. The busbars are routed axially through the inner opening of the magnet core and are arranged at a distance from one another in the inner opening so as to form an air gap. An inner side of the magnet core, which inner side faces the inner opening, and regions of outer sides of the busbars, which regions face the inner side of the magnet core, have shapes which correspond to one another.
Cable television apparatus with improved choke
A cable television apparatus is applied to an input coaxial cable and an output coaxial cable to transmit a cable television signal. The cable television apparatus includes an improved choke, an input side, an output side, an input capacitor and an output capacitor. The improved choke is electrically connected to the input coaxial cable, the output coaxial cable, the input side, the output side, the input capacitor and the output capacitor. The improved choke includes a conductive wire and a ferrite core. One side of the conductive wire is electrically connected to the input side and one side of the input capacitor. The other side of the conductive wire is electrically connected to the output side and one side of the output capacitor. The ferrite core covers one part of the conductive wire. Moreover, the ferrite core is a high saturation current ferrite core.
Inductor
An inductor according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a base body having a mounting surface, a top surface, and a first end surface; first and second external electrodes attached to the mounting surface and spaced from each other; and an internal conductor disposed in the base body and extending linearly from the first external electrode to the second external electrode. One end of the internal conductor is exposed from the mounting surface and connected to the first external electrode, and the other end of the internal conductor is exposed from the mounting surface and connected to the second external electrode. The base body is partitioned into a first region and a second region, the first region being enclosed by the internal conductor and the mounting surface, and a ratio of an area of the second region to an area of the first region is 0.95 to 1.0.
Noise filter and power supply device
A noise filter includes: a first bus bar that is electrical wiring of a flat plate, the first bus bar including a first extending wiring portion extending in a first direction, a second extending wiring portion extending in a second direction that is a direction opposite to the first direction, and a first coupling wiring portion connecting the first extending wiring portion and the second extending wiring portion; a first lead conductor having a first end connected with the first coupling wiring portion; a first capacitor having a first end connected with a second end of the first lead conductor and a second end connected with a ground; and a magnetic core having an opening in a central portion, the magnetic core disposed in such a manner that the first coupling wiring portion passes through the opening.
Fully coupled magnetic device
A fully coupled magnetic device includes at least two phases of circuits, with each phase formed by several coupling units connected in series. Every two phases of circuits are directly coupled through at least one coupling unit, and a direction of a magnetic field generated by DC (direct current) of one phase of the two phases of circuits is opposite to that of another phase of the two phases of circuits.
COIL COMPONENT
A coil component includes an insulator part, a coil that is embedded in the insulator part and includes a plurality of coil conductor layers electrically connected together, and outer electrodes that are disposed on surfaces of the insulator part and are electrically connected to the coil. The insulator part includes a magnetic phase containing at least Fe, Ni, Zn, and Cu and a non-magnetic phase containing at least Si and Zn. A portion of the insulator part located between, of the coil conductor layers, adjacent coil conductor layers has a pore area percentage of 0.3% or more and 3.0% or less (i.e., from 0.3% to 3.0%). The portion of the insulator part located between the adjacent coil conductor layers includes crystal grains having an average crystal grain size of 0.2 μm or more and 0.8 μm or less (i.e., from 0.2 μm to 0.8 μm).
Coil component and method of manufacturing coil component
A coil component includes an annular core and a first coil and a second coil wound around the core. The first coil and the second coil include first wire members and second wire members. The second wire members have end surfaces and which are brought into contact with side surfaces of first and second joining portions at tips of the first wire members. The first wire members and the second wire members are joined to each other with welding portions between the side surfaces of the first and second joining portions at the tips of the first wire members and the end surfaces of the second wire members interposed therebetween.

A charging cable for a motor vehicle can be operated by electricity having a filter device. The charging cable includes a first conductor and a second conductor configured to transfer a current, a safety ground line, and a signal line configured to transfer charging information relating to a charging process. The filter device includes a core around which the first and second conductors and the safety ground line are wound, and the signal line is wound around the core.
