System and method for identifying and correcting muscular and skeletal disbalances through exercise
A method for identifying and correcting muscular and skeletal disbalances through exercise includes recording, by a processor, using at least one sensor coupled to the processor, an exercise motion performed by a user, identifying, by the processor, a motion deficiency of the user based on the detected exercise motion, formulating, by the processor, a corrective motion based on the detected motion deficiency, and providing, by the processor, the corrective motion to the user, which also includes identifying motion deficiencies as far as range of motion, balance, symmetry, smoothness, strength, stamina and other motion characteristics, formulating corrective exercise program that involves multiple training machines, formulating exercises in terms of number of repetitions, cadence (frequency) or motion, range of motion, added resistance levels, communicating the corrective exercise program via the screen embedded on each machine, and guiding the user through each exercise, directing user to change exercise machines.
Field Rating and Course Adjusted Strokes Gained for Global Golf Analysis
A computing system retrieves historical hole-by-hole data for a plurality of holes for plurality of golf tournaments for a plurality of players. The historical hole-by-hole data includes a yardage of each hole and a par associated with each hole. The computing system clusters the plurality of holes into a plurality of clusters of hole types. The computing system generates a strokes gained metric for each hole type of the hole-by-hole data for each player. The computing system adjusts the strokes gained metric for each hole type based on a field of strength metric associated with each tournament. The field of strength metric represents a strength of a player field in a given tournament. The computing system generates a ranking of the plurality of players based on the adjusted strokes gained metric.
GAME PLAYING APPARATUS
Embodiments of the invention as described herein relate to a game with one or more vertical hoops on a pole. The apparatus is typically setup in the center of the playing area, and may involve two teams, or two players whose goal is to through objects such as balls through the hoop or hoops to win. Sensors placed in close proximity to the hoop or hoops display the score on a scoreboard.
BASKETBALL TRAINING APPARATUS FOR IMPROVING BASKETBALL SHOT MAKING AND A METHOD THEREOF
A basketball training apparatus and a method for improving basketball shot making are disclosed. The basketball training apparatus includes a horizontal bar column, one or more brackets and a processing system. The horizontal bar column is configured to be mounted on a vertical structure and includes a plurality of longitudinal members. The one or more brackets are configured to be mounted on the vertical structure for horizontally adjoining the plurality of longitudinal members of the horizontal bar column together. The horizontal bar column is mounted onto the vertical structure using one or more brackets such that an optimum angle trajectory is created for an apex shot. The processing system operates an interactive device connected with the horizontal bar column. The interactive device is configured to track shot data associated with one or more shots performed by a player practicing on the basketball training apparatus.
TRAINING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A method can include providing an object having a size smaller than a size of a known regulation object, projecting the object, via a delivery device, toward a trainee, and training the trainee to follow the object. A method can include determining a game parameter of a game trajectory of a sports object that was projected along the game trajectory in a real-time sports event, and based on the game parameters, adapting a delivery device to deliver a training object along a training trajectory that mimics at least a portion of the game trajectory, with the training object being smaller than the sports object.
3-DIMENSIONAL GOLF GAME
A 3-Dimensional golf game having a horizontal surface, a vertical surface, and a curvilinear surface that interconnects the horizontal and vertical surfaces, wherein at least the vertical surface includes one or more ball-receiving cups. The game of skill is played by one or more players putting or striking a golf ball along the horizontal surface with sufficient force to travel through the curvilinear surface and up the vertical surface. The force of gravity then causes the ball to return back down the vertical surface and—if appropriately aimed and struck—the ball travels downwardly into the opening of the least one ball receiving cup. Players are awarded points for successfully landing the ball into the ball receiving cup and the game may include differently sized and/or positioned cups having different point values.
Training equipment to improve the ability of cognition and memory and the muscle power of upper and lower limb and training method thereof
The present invention relates to training equipment for improving the ability of memory and cognition, and muscle power, and a training method using the training equipment. In particular, the present invention relates to training equipment for improving the ability of memory and cognition, and muscle power (upper and lower limb muscle power), the training equipment including: a lower limb muscle power exercise module that includes pedals for strengthening the muscle power of user's lower limbs and/or a handle for steering; a display that implements traveling in a virtual space for memory ability training of the user; and a training unit that improves cognition ability and/or muscle power of the user on the basis of driving data of the lower limb muscle power exercise module, thereby being able to complexly support memory ability training, lower limb muscle power exercise, and upper limb muscle power exercise of rehabilitation patients, patients with dementia, and/or patients with cognitive impairment.
Smart soccer goal
A smart soccer goal for tracking and communicating motion of objects includes a goal frame; a net coupled to the goal frame including a plurality of lights; and one or more sensors coupled to the goal frame. A first sensor of the one or more sensors is directed to detecting movement within and immediately near the smart soccer goal and a second sensor of the one or more sensors is directed to detecting movement outside of the smart soccer goal.
Baseball Simulation and Gamification System
An interactive baseball gamification system can be facilitated via the use of sensors, data tracking, gamification, and virtualization. A first user can play against a second user in real-time, near real-time, or based on historical user data. Additionally, the first user can be geographically remote from the second user. The interactive baseball gamification system can be used to train baseball players or baseball teams. Alternatively, the interactive baseball gamification system can be used for recreational purposes to pit users against each other.
Point tracking and game analysis in tennis
A tennis analysis system analyzes tennis game play and generates game statistics for one or more players involved in a tennis session including match play. The system involves electronic portable devices that may be in a form of a dampener device. The portable devices can be mounted on tennis rackets for capturing stroke and other game related data during tennis play. Further, supplemental data may also be captured using personal devices such as mobile phones. The data generated by the electronic portable devices and personal devices can be used in combination by the tennis analysis system to perform game analysis.
