Method for Improving Bs of MnZn Power Ferrite Material by Moving Valley Point
A method for improving the Bs of an MnZn power ferrite material by moving the valley point includes the following steps: 1) mixing Fe.sub.2O.sub.3, MnO and ZnO, and performing primary sanding; 2) adding glue, performing spraying and granulating, and then performing pre-sintering to obtain a pre-sintered material; 3) adding additives to the pre-sintered material, and performing secondary sanding; and 4) adding glue to the secondary sanded material, performing spraying and granulating, pressing into a standard ring, and then performing sintering. The method controls and moves the valley point, reduces loss and improves the Bs of a material by controlling the Fe.sub.2O.sub.3 content and the Co.sub.2O.sub.3 content, and the method is relatively simple and suitable for industrialization.
METHOD FOR COATING MAGNETIC POWDER CORE WITH SODIUM SILICATE
The present disclosure discloses a method for coating a magnetic powder core with sodium silicate, including: using polyoxyethylene laurylether phosphate as a dispersant for sodium silicate and lignosulfonate as a dispersant for a metal magnetic powder, mixing a dispersed sodium silicate solution and a dispersed metal magnetic powder, coating the dispersed metal magnetic powder, and drying: adding an insulating adhesive and a lubricant, subjecting the resulting mixture to a compression molding, and finally, carrying out a high-temperature annealing treatment to obtain a sodium silicate coated magnetic powder core.
DEVICE, METHOD, AND SYSTEM TO PROVIDE PASSIVATION STRUCTURES OF A MAGNETIC MATERIAL BASED INDUCTOR
Techniques and mechanisms for providing structures of a magnetic material based inductor. In an embodiment, an inductor comprises a body of a magnetic material, and a conductor which extends along a surface of the body. The body comprises a carrier material and magnetic filler particles distributed in the carrier material. A passivation material of the inductor is provided adjacent to the conductor and to surfaces of the filler particles. The conductor and the passivation material comprise different respective material compositions, wherein the passivation material comprises one of nickel, tin, copper, palladium, or gold. In another embodiment, the inductor is one of a plated through hole inductor type of a planar inductor type.

The multi-thickness electro-magnetic devices may comprise a conductive element having an increased thickness area, and one or more leads having at least one decreased thickness area, having a thickness less than the increased thickness area. An electro-magnetic device may be provided comprising a conductive element having an increased thickness encased in a body formed from a core material, and leads or lead portions connected to the conductive element having a decreased thickness.
