PUSH BUTTON DEVICE WITH PUSH ACTUATION WITH IMPROVED KINEMATICS FOR APPLICATION IN A VEHICLE
Push button device for a motor vehicle, has: a mechanical and/or electric function controller with a first control state and a second control state; a push button element pressable from a disengaged state into a pressed state, wherein the function controller has the first control state when the push button element is in the disengaged state and the second control state when the push button element is in the pressed state, the push button element connected to the function controller by a first pivot arm mounted rotatably about a first axis of rotation and by a second pivot arm mounted rotatably about a different axis of rotation spaced apart from the first axis of rotation, wherein the first pivot arm and the second pivot arm are designed to be pivoted in an identical direction of rotation as a consequence of a movement of the push button element.
PUSH SWITCH
A push switch includes a casing, an operation body movable into and out of the casing, and a switch element operable with the movement of the operation body into and out of the casing. The casing includes a first outer peripheral wall, a first inner peripheral wall, a first guide provided to the first outer peripheral wall, and a second guide provided to the first inner peripheral wall. The operation body includes a second outer peripheral wall, a second inner peripheral wall, a first engagement portion provided to the second outer peripheral wall and slidably engaged with the first guide, and a second engagement portion provided to the second inner peripheral wall and slidably engaged with the second guide. A clearance between the second guide and the second engagement portion is smaller than a clearance between the first guide and the first engagement portion.
SLIM KEY STRUCTURE
The present application provides a slim key structure, including a flexible carrying sheet body, a key cap, a circuit board, a base plate, and a positioning frame cover. The key cap is superimposed over the flexible carrying sheet body, the circuit board is disposed below the flexible carrying sheet body, and the positioning frame cover and the base plate sandwich the key cap, the flexible carrying sheet body, and the circuit board together from the top and the bottom. The key cap includes at least one first hook that protrudes downward, the base plate includes at least one second hook that protrudes upward, and the at least one second hook penetrates through the circuit board to be engaged with the at least one first hook of the key cap. The key cap is evenly carried on the flexible carrying sheet body, and a phenomenon that the key cap wobbles and is unstable would not occur.
Switching operating arrangement
A switching operator control arrangement for a motor vehicle. A movable operating area interacts with a shifting device in such a way that the operating area can be moved in a substantially linear manner over at least one distance from a neutral position to an operating position. The operating position can be in the form of a switching position in such a way that the operating area has a switching action on a switching element, a sensor or the like in the switching position. The shifting device includes a rocking lever arrangement which can move in parallel.
Keyboard hinge mechanism
Embodiments described herein provide a low travel switch mechanism. The low travel switch mechanism may include a substrate, a dome coupled to the substrate, a keycap, and an integrated pivot component disposed between the keycap and the dome. The integrated pivot component may include a hinge assembly coupled to a light guide structure. The hinge assembly may secure to the substrate, via one or more hinge interconnects, joints, or interlock features to form a pivot point. When the keycap receives a keystroke, the integrated pivot component may be operative to pivot about the pivot point and contact the dome to cause a switching event or operation.
Detachable keyswitch mechanism and related electronic device
A detachable keyswitch mechanism includes a base and a keyswitch. The base includes a bottom plate and a lateral plate bent from the bottom plate. The base further includes an opening structure disposed on the lateral plate, a first rotating portion disposed between the bottom plate and the lateral plate, and a constraining portion disposed on the bottom plate. The keyswitch includes a body rotatably disposed inside the opening structure, a second rotating portion disposed on an upper side of the body and pivotably connected to the first rotating portion, a recovering portion connected to a low side of the body, and an actuating portion disposed on a surface of the body. An end of the recovering portion opposite to the body contacts against the constraining portion. The actuating portion is adapted to actuate a switch disposed on the base when the keyswitch rotates relative to the base.
KEYSWITCH STRUCTURE
A keyswitch structure includes a base plate, a key cap, a key base, a recovering member and a linkage mechanism having linkage members. The key base is disposed between the key cap and the base plate. The recovering member is disposed between the key cap and the base plate. The linkage members are physically separated from each other, and are respectively inclinedly disposed between the key base and the key cap, and collectively surround the recovering member. One end of each of the linkage members is pivotally connected to the key base, and the other end of each of the linkage members is slidably connected to the key cap.
Machine tool
A machine tool includes at least one handle housing having at least one switching unit with at least one ratchet element arranged on the at least one handle housing and at least one bearing unit, which is provided to support the at least one ratchet element at least movably relative to the at least one handle housing. The at least one bearing unit includes at least one lever drive unit, which is provided in order to enable a uniform stroke motion over an entire operating surface of the at least one ratchet element during an actuation of the at least one ratchet element.
Key structure and portable computer using the same
A key structure includes a key cap, a bridge assembly, a first supporting part, a second supporting part, an attractable element and a magnet. The bridge assembly includes first and second hinge parts. One end of the first hinge part has a first link bar, and the other end has a first pivot coupling portion and a first shaft having a first connecting portion. One end of the second hinge part has a second link bar, and the other end has a second pivot coupling portion and a second shaft having a second connecting portion coupled to the first connecting portion. When the magnet under a first attractive position, the first end of the attractable element is attracted to the first attractive position. When the magnet under a second attractive position, the second end of the attractable element is attracted to the second attractive position.
