EXERCISE DEVICE AND METHODS
Disclosed is an exercise device having a platform and a roller. The platform has a surface sized and shaped to support a body part of a user and a pair of handles. The roller is coupled to the platform and configured to rotate relative to the platform. The platform is configured to translate in a first direction when the roller rotates in a first direction of rotation and translate in a second direction when the roller rotates in a second direction of rotation.
Hand support apparatus, system, and method of use for enhancing upper body exercise
Apparatuses, systems, and methods of use are disclosed for enhancing upper body exercise. An apparatus includes a domed hand support section, the domed hand support section having a plurality of recesses configured to receive a palm, thumb, and fingers of a user's hand while the user's hand is held in a naturally curved open-position. The apparatus also includes a surface engagement section secured to an underside of the domed hand support section and configured to engage a supporting surface. When the surface engagement section is deployed on the supporting surface and the palm, thumb, and fingers of the user's hand are placed in the plurality recesses on the domed hand support section, the domed face supports the user's hand in the naturally curved open position while the user exerts force against the domed hand support section and that is at least partially directed toward the supporting surface.
Exercise Machine Carriage Handle System
An exercise machine carriage handle system for providing handles for an exerciser to grasp with their hands thereby expanding the type of exercises that may be performed. The exercise machine carriage handle system generally includes a frame having a track, a carriage movably connected to the track, a bias member connected between the frame and the carriage, a first handle connected to the carriage near the first side, and a second handle connected to the carriage near the second side. The first handle and second handle are adapted for grasping with a first hand and a second hand respectively of a user during the performance of an exercise on the exercise machine.
Exercise device
A portable exercise device with a cylindrical and elongated main shaft and a plurality of central components that fit over the main shaft. Both ends of the main shaft are releasably attached handles. Each of the handles comprises a grip section that is cylindrical in shape and overlies a handle support. The grip section of each of the handles is releasably attached to the handle support, and the handle supports are releasably attached to the main shaft. Longitudinal axes of the main shaft and handles are collinear. Each of the handles comprises an attachment member that extends from a distal end of the handle and forms an arc. An inner circumference of the attachment member is circular except for a flat portion that is equal in width to the flat portion of the handle support. The handle attachment members are configured to releasably attach to the handle supports.
Exercise machine accessory system
An exercise machine accessory system for facilitating exerciser rehydration during a workout and antibacterial machine wipe down. The exercise machine accessory system generally includes an exercise machine having a first end and a second end, first and second stationary exercise platforms, a movable carriage movably positioned upon a rail, a biasing member connected to the movable carriage, first and second handle assemblies connected to the frame of the exercise machine, a first bottle holder, a first antibacterial wipes dispenser and/or a first disposal receptacle connected to the first right handle assembly or the first left handle assembly.
Full body exercise equipment
Full body exercise equipment including four elongate rails arranged in a generally side-by-side longitudinal configuration. The four elongate rails are connected together to allow for selected angular arrangements between the rails and also allow for selected longitudinal arrangements between the rails. A slidable shuttle member is provided on each rail with the two inside rails having toe holds and the two outside rails having hand grips. A resilient cord is provided for each shuttle for selectable attachment to either end of the shuttle to provide selected resistance against slidable movement of the shuttle in either direction on a respective rail.
MULTIFACETED EXERCISE SYSTEM
A multifaceted exercise system is provided having several components, each capable of performing a different exercise. A vest worn by the exerciser has front segment and back segment, each segment having spaced apart O-rings and resistance bands secured by each O-ring adapted to be forced forward and laterally in order to exercise the chest. The back segment of the vest is provided with a panel member having roller receiving cavities each having fitted with a roller for performing a squatting exercise by moving the back panel member up and down a flat surface such as a wall. The back segment of the exercise device is also provided with a left O-ring and a right O-ring, a left resistance band having its upper end secured to the left O-ring and its lower end secured to the left foot, and a right resistance band having its upper end secured to the right O-ring and its lower end secured to the right foot. The exerciser can conduct abdominal exercises by removing the panel member from the back of the vest, placing it on a flat surface, and pushing and pulling the panel member using the hands of the exerciser.
DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT MOVEMENTS BY SHIFTING THE CENTER OF GRAVITY AND/OR ACTUATING MUSCLES OF A HUMAN BODY
A device is used for carrying out movements by shifting the center of gravity and/or actuating muscles of a human body. A user lies on the device and shifts the center of gravity by moving his or her hip region in order to incline a movable part of the device including the user's own body in different directions. Furthermore, the user wears video goggles or the like during the process and can move in a virtual environment using the overall system, which includes the video goggles and the movement device and can interact with these. The movements caused by the user can be generated solely using gravity by shifting the center of gravity. Additionally, the movements of the device are influenced by motors or dampers arranged in or on the device.
ABDOMINAL EXERCISE APPARATUS
An abdominal exercise apparatus can include a track, at least one rolling member, a cart, and a base. The track can extend between first and second ends. The rolling member can be moveable along the track. The cart can support the rolling member for the movement along the track and be grasped by the user during exercise. The base can be engaged proximate to the first end and have a surface configured to receive the knees of the user during exercise. The second end can be pivotally movable about the base over an arcuate range by the user while exercising during the rectilinear and rolling movement along the track by the at least one rolling member. The apparatus can also include a structure such as a helical spring for resisting pivotal movement that is elastically deformable.
