FITNESS EQUIPMENT
A fitness equipment includes a main body, a binding structure and a support base. The main body is supported on the ground and includes a pedal unit. The binding structure is disposed on the main body. The support base is detachably pivoted to the binding structure and is rotatable correspondingly to the main body, wherein the support base includes a seat, a handlebar and a connecting structure. The handlebar is disposed on the seat. The connecting structure is disposed on the seat and detachably pivoted to the binding structure.
Exercise Tubing for High Intensity Interval Training and Methods of Use
An exercise apparatus for high intensity interval training, comprising a pair of elastomer tubing devices, each elastomer tubing device having a resting length, a resting inner diameter, a resting outer diameter, and a tube thickness. Each elastomer tubing device is stretchable beyond the resting length and further has a first end comprising a segment having a second outer diameter greater than said resting outer diameter for forming a hand grip for a user, and an opposing end including anchor portion to enable said opposing end to be releasably attached to a fixed mount. The elastomer tubing devices are independently affixable to one or more fixed mounts at a first distance between said opposing ends and a second distance above ground level to permit independent or tandem oscillation of the elastomer tubing devices by the user, said elastomer tubing devices being stretched a predetermined distance beyond the resting length and maintained at said predetermined distance during said oscillation. The mechanical impedance of the elastomer tubing devices being adjustable by the user working against inertia generated during said oscillation.
MULTIPLE MOVEMENT EXERCISE DEVICE
Disclosed is an exercise device for allowing multiple exercise movements. The device includes a substantially cube-shaped frame, and a unit for doing exercise movements on at least one side of the frame.
Multidimensional Mobilization of Lumbar, Pelvic, and Hip Joints
A device for multidimensional mobilization of lumbar, pelvic, and hip joints with a generally concave upper surface connected to a generally convex lower surface is disclosed, wherein the generally concave upper surface has a recess to cradle a sacrum.
Exercise machine
An exercise machine that incorporates the design of the Pilates reformer with more current pieces of exercise equipment and options for a more versatile workout such as the use of a rotatable carriage that can rotate perpendicular to the frame to enable a user to perform supine exercises, the use of a trampoline and the use of a moving foot bar.
Exercise apparatus
An exercise apparatus comprises a movable carriage having a generally flat top surface, the carriage being movably mounted on parallel track members of a frame having a head end and a foot end, the carriage having a pair of shoulder stops mounted thereto and plurality of elastic members connected between the foot end and the carriage to elastically bias the carriage toward the foot end of the frame. The apparatus has a movable spring anchor bar and carriage stop assembly comprising an anchor bar with at least one elongated stop member arranged perpendicular to and secured to the anchor bar, the stop member having a carriage stop surface located towards the end of the stop member remote from the anchor bar and the stop member further comprising at least one movable means of engagement with the frame of the exercise apparatus. The anchor bar and stop assembly may easily be moved and readjusted one handed with safety and smooth operation.
FACILITATED STRETCHING MACHINE
A system to facilitate stretching for a user, including a force-applying component and a subject-engaging surface, such that the force applying element is attached to a first end of a rotatable element that rotates about a first point of secured support, or fulcrum, and the subject engaging surface is operatively connected to a second end of said rotatable element, such that application of force via the force-applying component causes rotational movement of the subject-engaging surface toward the user.
EXERCISE MACHINE AND METHOD OF USE
An exercise machine system includes a frame having a front bar and a back bar with a cross bar extending therebetween; a weight attachment bar pivotally attached to the cross bar, the weight attachment bar extending to a weight end; one or more handles attached to the weight bar and configured to provide a gripping location to provide upward movement of the weight bar; and a body support positioned above the frame, the body support having one or more pads to allow for supporting a person thereon; the weight attachment bar is positioned under the body support such that a user can pull up on the weight attachment bar from the body support.
Ladder with detachable elastic bands or springs for performing resistance exercises incorporating the ladder rungs and/or a detachable backboard
An exercise ladder has a vertical ladder frame that includes one or more wall support blocks configured to fix the vertical ladder frame against a wall that is perpendicular to a floor. The ladder frame has vertical rails on each side. Each vertical rail has a track that allows a carrier of hook and a lock to slide up on down the length of the ladder frame. An exerciser can easily change the height of the hook with a slide action that changes the height of the carrier and a locking action that locks the carrier at an adjustable height. In this way, a exerciser can perform resistance exercises with an elastic band that attach at different heights without having to disengage the elastic band from the hook.
Strength and fitness exercise machine
An exercise machine has a main frame which supports and includes a carriage support base, a torso carriage assembly coupled to the carriage support base, an upper torso support slidably coupled to the torso carriage assembly, an adjustable shoulder support slidably coupled to a track assembly, a foot support assembly slidably coupled to a foot support carriage, and an adjustable resistance operably connected with the shoulder support and the upper torso support.
