A handle assembly and related methods for actuating a mechanism such as a disconnect switch.

Mechanism for indirect access to an actuator on an apparatus disposed within a housing

The present disclosure envisages a mechanism (100) for indirect access to an actuator (210) on an apparatus (200) disposed within a housing (300). The mechanism (100) comprises a bushing (10), a spring-loaded shaft (20), an arm (30), a first stopper (40) and a pedestal (50). The spring-loaded shaft (20) passes through the bushing (10) and is configured to reciprocate through the annular passage (12). An arm (30) is disposed within the housing (300), and is coupled to the shaft (20). The first stopper (40) is received on the shaft (20) operatively below the arm (30). The pedestal (50) is disposed between the arm (30) and the first stopper (40). The pedestal (50) is configured to facilitate abutment of the arm (30) with the actuator (210). The arm (30) is configured to press the actuator (210) when the shaft (20) is linearly displaced.

CIRCUIT BREAKER HOUSING

A circuit breaker housing for holding a switching device unit and a number of connection contacts for a connection line and/or a busbar. The housing has a first housing part and a second housing part. In the joined, assembled state, the housing parts form a front side and a rear side opposite said front side and at least one connection side and end faces located opposite one another. A holding chamber for a connection module having one of the connection contacts is provided on the front side and/or on at least one of the connection sides.

Apparatus and methodology for lawn mower security systems provide the ability to safeguard ride-on style lawn mowers against unauthorized cranking of its engine if the mowers have push/pull mower deck or power-takeoff (PTO) switch technology. Security components secured to a PTO or mower deck switch to prevent the ability to position such switch in a disengaged position. Therefore, existing safety and interlock features of the existing ride-on mower otherwise prevent someone from being able to crank the mower, which helps to guard against unauthorized use and/or theft of the equipment.

Defeater assembly

This invention deals with a cable operated mechanical defeater. The purpose of the device is to add an additional level of safety that requires the primary door latch or handle to close and engage before the electrical disconnect is turned on.

DIN rail device mount assemblies, systems and methods including locking mechanisms

A DIN rail device mount system includes a base, a module and a locking mechanism. The base is configured to be mounted on a DIN rail. The base defines a receiver slot. The module is configured to be removably mounted in the receiver slot to form a DIN rail mount assembly. The locking mechanism includes: a lock member having opposed proximal and distal ends and including an integral lock member latch feature on its distal end, wherein the lock member is pivotally connected to the base at its proximal end to pivot between a closed position and an open position; and an integral module latch feature on the module. The DIN rail mount system is selectively positionable in each of: a locked configuration wherein the module is seated in the receiver slot, the lock member is in the closed position, and the lock member latch feature is interlocked with the module latch feature, whereby the lock member secures the module in the receiver slot; and an unlocked configuration wherein the lock member is in the open position, the lock member latch feature is not interlocked with the module latch feature, and the module can be withdrawn from the receiver slot.

Remote control device for an electrical device in an electrical enclosure

A remote control device includes a rotary control member that can be selectively moved between first and second configurations, a transmission system suitable for mechanically linking the rotary member to a control lever of an electrical device. The movement of the rotary control member drives the control lever to move respectively between first and second positions. The rotary control member is to be mounted on a side walls of a housing, the transmission system includes a first pinion, secured in rotation with the rotary control member about a first axis, a second pinion, meshed with the first pinion and rotationally mobile about a second fixed axis at right angles to the first fixed axis and intended to be coupled mechanically with the control lever to move this lever when the second pinion is moved in rotation.

Switch device mounting structure

A switch device structure serves to help in stably moving an operation rod. The switch device includes a contact fixing support assembled with an insulation case. The fixing support is formed with multiple openings. A connection board and multiple support members are correspondingly assembled in the openings. The support member has a base section and a neck section, which together define a passage. The operation rod is assembled with an elastic unit and can pass through the passage and the connection board to extend into the fixing support so as to move a wire connection assembly in the case. The switch device structure improves the shortcoming of the conventional switch device that the operation rod is apt to shake and deflect.

Light switch cover
