Safety switch
To prevent incoincidence of contacts, a safety switch switches the contacts by cooperation of an actuator and a switch body. The switch body includes an operating cam and a locking cam that rotate due to insertion of the actuator, an operating rod that switches the contact according to rotation of the operating cam, and a locking lever that is movable toward and away from the locking cam such that the locking lever takes a lock position in which it locks rotation of the locking cam and an unlock position in which it unlocks rotation of the locking cam. The locking lever includes a bulge protruding toward the locking cam. A cam contact surface of the locking lever contacts the locking cam when the actuator moves in a drawing-out direction in an intermediate position between the lock position and the unlock position.
MECHANICAL INTERLOCK FOR SWITCH
A mechanical interlock for a switch gear switch. The mechanical interlock includes a base and a slider. The slider is moveable relative to the base between a first position and a second position. The mechanical interlock is configured to lock the position of the switch when the slider is in the second position.
Locking push-button switch housing with a jig fulcrum projection
A push button switch may include a housing, an operation unit, and, a lock lever unit. A lever body of the lock lever unit may have a locking portion capable of locking one end of a long jig in an extending direction. The housing may have a fulcrum projection that contacts an intermediate portion of the jig having the one end locked to a locking portion when the lever body is moved using the jig, and serves as a rotation fulcrum of the jig.
PUSH-BUTTON SWITCH
A push-button switch may include a housing, an operation unit, and, a lock lever unit.
GUARD LOCKING SWITCH WITH THREE CONCURRENT DIRECTIONS OF APPROACH
An industrial locking switch comprises multiple locking tongue entry slots formed on adjacent sides of the locking switch housing, thereby supporting receipt of the corresponding locking tongue from multiple directions of approach without the need to mechanically modify the switch's head or to reorient the switch itself. The locking switch houses locking bolt detection circuity comprising multiple series connected RFID coils configured to detect an RFID tag mounted on the locking tongue when the locking tongue is inserted into any of the entry slots.
Lock assemblies for switch devices of electrical power distribution systems
A lock assembly for a switch device of an electrical power distribution system includes a first lock and a second lock. The lock assembly also includes a connector arranged to inhibit movement of the first lock when the switch device is in a first position and inhibit movement of the second lock when the switch device is in a second position. The lock assembly further includes a guard coupled to at least one of the first lock and the second lock. The guard is positionable between a first position in which the guard allows access to an actuating mechanism of the switch device and a second position in which the guard inhibits access to the actuating mechanism. The guard is moveable between the first position and the second position when at least one of said first lock and said second lock is rotated.
Locking structure of switch device
A locking structure of switch device includes a connection seat formed with a main body assembling hole. An arm protrudes from the connection seat. A restriction section is formed on the arm. A shift body is assembled on the connection seat and movable between a first position and a second position. The shift body has a shift section aligned with the arm in the second position. A lever member is disposed on the shift section. Two ends of the lever member are respectively formed with a ridge section and a push/press section. When the shift body moves from the first position to the second position, the ridge section passes over the restriction section into a locked state. When pressing the push/press section, the ridge section is driven by way of leverage to backward pass over the restriction section into an unlocked state.
Safety Switch
A safety switch prevents incoincidence of contacts from occurring. The safety switch 1 is structured so as to switch the contact by cooperation of an actuator 3 and a switch bod 2. The switch body 2 includes an operating cam 21 and a locking cam 22 that are adapted to rotate by insertion of the actuator 3, an operating rod 26 that switches the contact according to rotation of the operating cam 21, and a locking lever 29 that is provided movably toward and away from the locking cam 22 such that the locking lever 29 takes a lock position IV in which it locks rotation of the locking cam 22 and an unlock position I in which it unlocks a lock state of the locking cam 22. The locking lever 29 includes a bulge 29f that protrudes toward the locking cam 22 at a portion of its cam contact surface. The cam contact surface is adapted to contact the locking cam 22 when the actuator 3 moves in a drawing-out direction in an intermediate position between the lock position IV and the unlock position I.
Safety switch
To realize both toughness and size reduction of a safety switch. A safety switch is a safety switch into and from which a bolt of an actuator is inserted and pulled out. The safety switch includes a casing having a shape elongated along a first direction, a metal head having a receiving space for receiving the bolt of the actuator and provided on a first end side of the casing in the first direction, a detector for detecting a first state in which the bolt is received in the receiving space, a lock mechanism, a switching device and a first attachment portion provided in the head and having a first attachment hole into which a first attachment member is inserted.
Safety device
A safety device with a safety switch and an actuator that is arranged movably relative to said safety switch. A transponder is arranged in the actuator, and a reading unit is arranged in the safety switch. A locking position of the actuator is controlled by the fact that transponder signals of the transponder are detected in the reading unit. The safety switch has a locking element with an influencing element. The actuator has a sensor coupled with the transponder. In the locking position of the actuator the locking element is insertable into a receptacle of the actuator. This effects the locking of the actuator. This locking is controlled in that the influencing element is only within the range of influence of the sensor when the locking element is inserted into the receptacle. Said sensor generates a sensor signal via which the transponder signals sent by the transponder are modified.
