Also disclosed is a method of positioning an exercise training device on a laterally extending overhead bar to modify a toes to bar exercise, including connecting to the laterally extending overhead bar an exercise training device having the aforementioned structure, and adjusting the exercise training device to extend downward and forward from the laterally extending overhead bar.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM FOR ASSISTING A USER TO NAVIGATE A STAIRCASE
A suspension system (2) for assisting a user (4) to navigate a staircase (6), the suspension system comprising: a beam (8) positioned above the staircase (6); a carriage (18) displaceable along said beam (8) between a first position at the bottom of the staircase (6) and a second position at the top of the staircase (6); a harness (14) securable to the user (4), said harness (14) being operably connectable to said carriage (18) such that said carriage (18) follows the user (4) as the user (4) navigates the staircase (6); and a brake (42) operably connected to said carriage (18) for braking said carriage; wherein if the user (4) falls while navigating the staircase (6), said brake (42) stops said carriage (18) in place and the user (4) is suspended above the staircase.
Walking flat belt having hanging exercise means
The present application provides a walking flat belt with a hanging exercise means. The present invention uses a buckle flat belt to form a plurality of installation positions. The buckle flat belt is installed on the flat belt body through a shaped buckle. The plurality installation positions of the buckles on the walking flat belt can be adjusted. The user can adjust the distance between two adjacent snaps flat belts according to his own needs, so that the user can freely choose the distance between the hanging objects to meet the needs of the user, to achieve the purpose of exercise.
EXERCISE ACCESSORIES AND SYSTEM
An exercise accessory may be a component of a leg lift exercise system assembly. The exercise accessory may be useful for a user to hold themselves up by the arms to perform leg lifts, among other exercises. The accessory has an angular adjuster to allow a user to adjust the positioning of his or her forearms during the exercise. The angular adjuster has a cage which can attach to and suspend from an overhead bar, and an apertured base having radial tines. An indexer may be able to rotatably index to and rest within the radial tines. Rotating the indexer when tension is not applied to the system allows the user to adjust angular positioning. From the indexer and through the aperture an arm support is suspended.
Exercise handles
An exercise handle that includes a clamp configured to secure the exercise handle in place. The clamp includes a first portion that includes a first section and a second section. The clamp also includes a spring within the first portion. The spring biases the clamp in a closed position. The clamp further includes a second portion, where the second portion includes a first arm on the first section and a second arm on the second section. The exercise handle also includes a first block attached to the first arm of the second portion and a second block attached to the second arm of the second portion. The exercise further includes a handle. The handle includes a first segment, the first segment placed around at least some of the first portion and a second segment extending perpendicularly from the first segment and rotates relative to the first portion.
FLOATATION DEVICE
A floatation device is provided. In some embodiments, a floatation device is provided, comprising an inflatable ring composed of a transparent material, wherein the inflatable ring includes: an outer air chamber having a first valve for inflating the outer air chamber; an inner air chamber having a second valve for inflating the inner air chamber, wherein the outer air chamber and the inner air chamber are not in communication; a cut through the outer air chamber and the inner air chamber of the inflatable ring that forms opposing ends of the inflatable ring; and a plurality of fasteners placed on a top surface and a bottom surface of the outer or inner air chamber for detachably connecting the opposing ends of the inflatable ring.
Full body exercise apparatus and suspension trainer
A fully portable exercise system and apparatus utilized for exercising, stretching, and training multiple muscle groups of the body of a user. The apparatus has at least one closeable pocket and fixation rings for securing and carrying accessories, such as attachable handgrips, adjustable suspension straps or lines, and elastic bands. Another configuration illustrates a suspension training system comprising non-elastic suspension sub-assemblies, elastic suspension sub-assemblies and handgrips, configurable with or without the portable exercise apparatus. The apparatus and methods of use provide the user with a plurality of configurations for assisted exercise regimens and the flexibility to exercise anywhere. The apparatus is adaptable to be worn about the waist of a user, carried as a bandolier about the user's body or utilized as a releasably fixed suspension trainer.
