An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact; a movable contact movable between a first position at which the movable contact contacts the fixed contact to form a closed state, and a second position at which the movable contact does not contact the fixed contact to form a opened state; an electromagnet that includes a coil, a magnetic core, and a yoke coupled to the magnetic core, and generates magnetic field; and an actuator that includes a pair of armatures, and a permanent magnet sandwiched by the pair of armatures, and moves the movable contact by the magnetic field generated by the electromagnet, wherein a magnetic circuit formed by the magnetic core, the yoke and the pair of armatures is closed at the opened state, and is opened at the closed state.

ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY

An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnet, an armature configured to be attracted and moved by the electromagnet, and a contact. The contact includes a fixed contact, a movable contact that is brought into contact with and moved away from the fixed contact by the movement of the armature, and a porous part that is formed of a porous metal.

The pressing member is configured to move to an off-position and an on-position. When the pressing member is located at the off-position, the first contact and the second contact come into a non-contact state. When the pressing member is located at the on-position, the first contact and the second contact come into a contact state by press of the pressing member against the contact piece. The actuator moves the pressing member from the off-position to the on-position via an overshoot position located beyond the on-position. The contact piece includes a body, and a low rigidity portion having rigidity lower than rigidity of the body. The pressing member presses the low rigidity portion.

ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY

An electromagnetic relay includes a base, an electromagnet block fixed to the base, an armature which reciprocates when the electromagnet block is switched between an excitation state and a non-excitation state, and a card which slides in association with the movement of the armature. The base includes a rail portion which guides the card upon sliding, and the card includes a slide portion which slides along the rail portion. The rail portion includes a stopper portion which prevents disengagement of the slide portion from the rail portion.

Contact device

The contact device includes: a fixed contact member including a fixed contact; and a movable contact member including a movable contact. The movable contact member is movable between a position where the movable contact is in contact with the fixed contact and a position where the movable contact is away from the fixed contact. The movable contact member further includes a protrusion which protrudes from a face to which the movable contact is provided, in a direction same as a protruding direction of the movable contact.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnet unit, a contact unit including a movable contact spring with a movable contact provided thereon and a fixed contact spring with a fixed contact provided thereon, and a base block configured to support the electromagnet unit and the contact unit, wherein the electromagnet unit is supported at a first face of the base block, and the contact unit is supported at a second face of the base block facing in an opposite direction from the first face, and wherein the base block includes a first insulating wall extending from the first face alongside the electromagnet unit and a second insulating wall extending from the second face alongside the contact unit, the second insulating wall being situated on an opposite side from the first insulating wall across the second face.
