BUS BAR
A straight bus bar includes an axial direction and having a rigid first portion with a first contact surface connectable to a first fuse, an axially spaced rigid second portion with a second contact surface connectable to a second fuse, and a connecting portion electrically connecting the first portion and the second portion. The connecting portion is a resilient compensation portion having at least two lateral recesses extending from opposite sides into the bus bar making the connecting portion elastically bendable to allow a relative axial movement of the first and second portions when an axial force is applied to the bus bar.
Multi-load fuse block
A multi-load fuse block, which receives insertion of at least two safety fuses therein, includes: a housing, a first surface of the housing configured with a first fuse slot and at least one second fuse slot; a conductive joint, configured on a second surface of the housing, and in electric connection with the first fuse slot; a first load conductive wire, configured on a third surface of the housing; and a second load conductive wire, configured on a fourth surface of the housing, where the first fuse slot and second fuse slot allow a plurality of safety fuses to be inserted therein or separated therefrom. The first load conductive wires and second load conductive wires of the housing can provide electric connection for automotive electronics, allowing the safety fuses to be in electric connection with more automotive electronics so as to protect them from overcurrent.
Multi-link fuse and method for manufacturing multi-link fuse
The present invention provides a multi-link fuse capable of charging a battery with a configuration simpler than a conventional configuration, and a method for charging a battery by using the multi-link fuse. A multi-link fuse H includes a bus bar body that includes an input terminal, a plurality of external terminals, and a fusion portion provided between the input terminal and the external terminal, and a housing body that covers the bus bar body. The multi-link fuse H includes an extension bus bar for charging a battery by connecting a charging connection terminal. The extension bus bar includes an input extension terminal that overlaps the input terminal and an outer extension portion that extends outward from the bus bar body and connects the charging connection terminal. Both the extension bus bar and the bus bar body are fixed to the housing body in a state where the input extension terminal of the extension bus bar overlaps the input terminal.
Electrical connection box
A portion that covers a connection portion between a relay and a bus bar is prevented from coming off. An electrical connection box includes a relay, a bus bar connected to the relay, and a case including an attachment portion for the relay, and includes a cover covering a connection portion between the relay and the bus bar. The cover includes a wall portion and an engaging portion that is provided on a part of the wall portion and prevents the cover from coming off by engaging with a part of the attachment portion. The attachment portion includes a stopper portion that suppresses displacement of the part of the wall portion in a direction in which the engaging portion is disengaged.
Electrical connection box
Provided is an electrical connection box including a housing casing for housing a relay, and a heat transfer sheet for transferring heat from the relay to the housing casing, the electrical connection box including: a bus bar provided between a top surface and an inside surface that correspond to each other in the housing casing so as to oppose the top surface and the inside surface; a first holding portion protruding from the inside surface and holding the bus bar via the heat transfer sheet; and a second holding portion protruding from the top surface and holding the bus bar.
CIRCUIT PROTECTION COMPONENT AND ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX
What are included are a circuit protection member that is a member that cuts off an overcurrent between an external power supply and an external load between a power supply-side electric wire and a first load-side electric wire, the circuit protection member being capable of electrically connecting a first terminal part of an additional circuit protection component for cutting off an overcurrent between the external power supply and the additional external load to the external power supply, and an additional load-side electrical connection structure capable of electrically connecting a second load-side electrical wire electrically connected to the additional external load and a second terminal part of the additional circuit protection component, and the circuit protection member includes an additional electrical connection portion and a coupling portion, and at least one set of a combination of the additional electrical connection portion and the additional load-side electrical connection structure is provided.
Unsealed single fuse holder
A fuse holder includes a movable tab, a base, and a cover. A stud is affixed to the movable tab and secures a terminal of a bolt-down fuse. A second stud is affixed to the base and secures a second terminal of the bolt-down fuse. The base has a channel into which the movable tab is slidably inserted. The cover connects to the base and is located over the stud and the second stud.
