A chip on film package structure including a flexible film, a patterned metal layer, a chip, a patterned solder resist layer, and a code-included pattern is provided. The flexible film comprises a chip mounting region and a peripheral region surrounding the chip mounting region. The patterned metal layer disposed on the flexible film. The chip mounted on the chip mounting region and electrically connected to the patterned metal layer. The patterned solder resist layer exposing the chip mounting region and covering a part of the patterned metal layer. The code-included pattern disposed on the peripheral region of the flexible film. The code-included pattern comprises a plurality of machine-readable data. A method for reading a code-included pattern on a package structure is also provided.

This application relates to a method and apparatus formed using the method. The method includes using a first process to form at least one conductive trace on a flexible surface and using a second process to form at least one bead of fluid conductive material at a first location. The method also includes positioning at least one printed circuit board overlaying conductive trace such that the at least one bead of fluid conductive material is aligned with at least one hole in the printed circuit board and pushing the printed circuit board towards the flexible surface. The pushing of the printed circuit board toward the flexible surface forces the bead of fluid conductive material through the hole to form an electrical connection between the at least one conductive trace and an upper surface of the printed circuit board.

The first standard cell layout design has a first height. The second standard cell layout design has a second height different from the first height. Generating the first standard cell layout design includes generating a first set of pin layout patterns extending in a first direction, being on a first layout level, and having a first width. Generating the second standard cell layout design includes generating a second set of pin layout patterns extending in the first direction, being on the first layout level, and having a second width different from the first width.

An air passage is provided between the lower heat dissipation panel and the upper heat dissipation panel and extends from the first sidewall of the casing to the second sidewall.

A flexible surface lighting device is disclosed. The flexible surface lighting device includes: a flexible substrate including an upper insulating film, a lower insulating film, and a thin metal layer interposed between the upper and lower insulating films; a plurality of micro-LED chips two-dimensionally arrayed on the top surface of the flexible substrate; and a flexible light-transmitting resin part disposed on the top surface of the flexible substrate to cover the top and side surfaces of the micro-LED chips. The flexible substrate includes a white reflective layer in contact with the light-transmitting resin part on the upper insulating film.
