Bipolar Battery and Method of Manufacturing the Same
A bipolar battery includes a plurality of cell members and a plurality of frame units respectively forming a plurality of cells respectively incorporating the plurality of cell members. The plurality of frame units includes frame units made of a light transmissive resin material and frame units made of a light absorbing resin material that are alternately arranged in a stacking direction of the cell members. The frame units made of a light transmissive resin material and the frame units made of a light absorbing resin material adjacent in the stacking direction of the cell members are joined at welded portions. This configuration can provide a bipolar battery capable of reliably preventing electrolytic solution leakage out of a cell by means of a simple seal structure.

A lead ribbon may be continuously cast along a longitudinally elongate strip of carbon fiber material. Fixed-state testing device
Provided is a fixed-state testing device including a pressing part that presses a battery, a load detection part that detects a pressing load with which the battery is pressed, and a determination part that determines whether the state of fixing of the battery to a retention hole is good or bad. The determination part determines the fixed state of the battery to be good when the battery is able to maintain the pressing load within a first test load range for a first pressing time and, moreover, to thereafter maintain the pressing load within a second test load range of which an upper limit load is smaller than a lower limit load of the first test load range for a second pressing time.
STACKED SOLID-STATE BATTERY
A stacked solid-state battery according to the present disclosure has a configuration in which a plurality of cells, each including a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer provided between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, are stacked such that the positive electrode layers or the negative electrode layers of adjacent cells are disposed to face each other and, contains a first solid electrolyte represented by the following composition formula (1).

STACKED SOLID-STATE BATTERY
A stacked solid-state battery according to the present disclosure has a configuration in which a plurality of cells, each including a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer provided between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer, are stacked such that the positive electrode layers or the negative electrode layers of adjacent cells are disposed to face each other and, contains a first solid electrolyte represented by the following composition formula (1).

BATTERY ELECTRODE CONTINUOUS CASTING SHOE, MACHINE AND METHOD
A shoe for dispensing a molten metal such as lead into a mold cavity of a rotating dmm to continuously cast a web of a plurality of serially connected grids or battery composite electrodes of a carbon fiber material with a cast metal conductor. The shoe may have at least one elongate orifice slot in a face confronting the drum, a molten metal supply passage communicating with the Norifice slot and an excess molten metal return slot opening into the confronting face downstream of the supply slot relative generally to the direction of rotation of the dmm.
