A lithium-ion battery thermal management system and method based on PCM and mutually embedded fins. The thermal management system includes a battery box, a lithium-ion battery pack and a temperature detection unit are arranged in the battery box; the lithium-ion battery pack at least includes two cells, the periphery of each cell is wrapped by a battery inner shell and a battery outer shell, and PCM is filled between the battery inner shell and the battery outer shell; a plurality of fins are arranged on the battery outer shell on the opposite sides of the two adjacent cells, the fins are arranged at intervals, the fins on the opposite sides of the two adjacent cells are arranged in a staggered manner, and heat-conducting plates are connected between each fin and the battery inner shell.
BATTERY MODULE AND BATTERY PACK
A battery module comprising a plurality of battery cells having two opposite ends, a first busbar assembly comprising at least a first busbar coupled with a first busbar frame, and a second busbar assembly comprising at least a second busbar coupled with a second busbar frame configured to electrically couple the battery cells, and a main frame having side walls forming a housing and a middle wall inside the housing dividing an inner space of the housing in a vertical direction to a first and a second section, wherein the middle wall comprises a plurality of holes for receiving the battery cells such that one end of battery cell is in the first section and another end is in the second section, and wherein the middle wall further comprises a plurality fastening members for fastening the first busbar assembly to the main frame in the first section and the second busbar assembly to the main frame in the second section such that the battery cells are arranged between the first and the second busbar assemblies which couple the battery cells to the battery module.
Vehicle battery device
Provided is a vehicle battery device in which components are reduced, a compact configuration can be achieved, and connection with the outside can be easily performed. A vehicle battery device includes: a battery cell mounting part accommodating a battery cell group constituted by a plurality of laminated battery cells; and an interface box integrating connection functions between the battery cell mounting part and the outside, wherein the battery cell mounting part is connected to at least one of two opposing side surfaces in an outer surface of the interface box, and has an end plate on an end surface opposite an end surface connected to the interface box; and the battery cell group of the battery cell mounting part is compressed and sandwiched between the side surface of the interface box and the end plate in a lamination direction of the battery cells.
CHARGE-DISCHARGE CONTROL CIRCUIT, METHOD, DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A charge-discharge control circuit, method, device and a storage medium are provided. In some embodiments, the circuit includes: a starting power supply; and a main positive switch unit. In those embodiments, a first terminal of the main positive switch unit is connected to the starting power supply, and a second terminal of the main positive switch unit is connected to a generator of the vehicle and a load of the vehicle. The main positive switch unit is configured to interrupt a current in a first current direction, which is a current direction when the generator charges the starting power supply. The circuit also includes a battery management module configured to detect a voltage of the starting power supply, and control the main positive switch unit to interrupt the current in the first current direction when the voltage of the starting power supply reaches a preset voltage threshold.
CHARGE-DISCHARGE CONTROL CIRCUIT, METHOD, DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A charge-discharge control circuit, method, device and a storage medium are provided. In some embodiments, the circuit includes: a starting power supply; and a main positive switch unit. In those embodiments, a first terminal of the main positive switch unit is connected to the starting power supply, and a second terminal of the main positive switch unit is connected to a generator of the vehicle and a load of the vehicle. The main positive switch unit is configured to interrupt a current in a first current direction, which is a current direction when the generator charges the starting power supply. The circuit also includes a battery management module configured to detect a voltage of the starting power supply, and control the main positive switch unit to interrupt the current in the first current direction when the voltage of the starting power supply reaches a preset voltage threshold.

A vehicle battery pack includes: a battery; a radiator; a passage via which the battery is connected to the radiator; a pump configured to circulate coolant between the battery and the radiator through the passage; and a case in which the battery, the radiator, the passage, and the pump are accommodated, the case having an intake opening and a discharge opening for external air.

A thermal ground plane comprises top and bottom layers that are substantially impervious to fluid and together defining an inner space, a vapour transport mesh layer having a relatively coarse mesh structure and located within said space, and at least one liquid transport mesh layer having a relatively fine mesh structure and located between said vapour transport mesh layer and one of said top and bottom layers, the two said mesh layers being in contact with one another across substantially their entire planar extents. The top and bottom layers are sealed with a substantially fluid tight seal, and said inner space contains a liquid and is partially evacuated.

The electric vehicle thermal management system comprises a first loop, a second loop, a first temperature control mechanism, a second temperature control mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a release mechanism, wherein the first loop transmits a first heat conducting agent; a battery and the first temperature control mechanism are respectively connected to the first loop; the second loop transmits a second heat conducting agent; the second temperature control mechanism and a driving motor are respectively connected to the second loop; the conveying mechanism is respectively connected to the first loop and the second loop; and the release mechanism is connected to the first loop, such that a battery fire disaster is effectively prevented from occurring, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
